My Dad loved Jussi Bjerling’s Voice, so I grew up listening to him on old records.

My favorite rendition of “Salut, Demurer Chaste et pure” was from an LP of Faust with Jussi and Victoria De Los Angeles.

Good morning to everyone at the Canteen. 37º with a shower here this morning. The LCRA opened flood gates at two dams yesterday and the lake is up almost two feet this morning. Over 5" of rain in the hill country late yesterday.
