There were a lot of folks wondering who they would support in 2016 if it came to Rand Paul and Ted Cruz...seems to me that Rand did a lot of those folks a favor and settled that question.

It would require a 25% spending cut to balance the federal budget (assuming that a tax increase wouldn’t wouldn’t work because it wouldn’t increase revenue). Now I have to assume that Rand Paul would consider that an even dumber idea.
