"If this is not an impeachable offense, then what is?," Mark Levin asked his audience after playing clips of President Barack Obama repeatedly telling Americans they could keep their health care plans under Obamacare.
On his Friday radio program, Levin proposed the question after playing a clip of Obama saying "You can keep your plan" on 36 separate occasions:

The House MAY have enough votes to impeach, but the Senate is OWNED by Democrats, who will NEVER vote to convict Barack Hussein Obama. Never!
What is needed is what was used to drive Nixon from office - a special prosecutor charged with finding & prosecuting CRIMES committed by Nixon & his subordinates. That is a criminal process, not a political process.
Frankly, neither strategy will reverse the sensibilities of the American voter, which is what we desperately need in the coming decades to reverse our financial & moral decay.
I believe only a bad taste of pure misery for the voters can change our present course. History has shown this to be true. The WWI/Depression/WWII era yielded a generation or 2 of conservative, moral Americans. Communism was thoroughly rejected by eastern Europe & Russia only after the people had had enough misery. The best lessons are often learned, even by the dumbest of us, when we suffer from a serious mistake.
Obamacare is not just another bad bill coming out of WDC. It will DESTROY our health care system, cause untold job loses, further depress our economy, & kill/injure thousands of people. Coupled with our massive debt & the utter contempt much of the World has for Obama & his word, this country is in grave danger of chaos & collapse, taking much of the rest of the World with us.
If we survive we will be the better for it. IF!

Baldfaced lying is not an impeachable offense.
“Treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors” is the standard.
If the Congressional GOP were stupid enough to try to impeach the President over his shameless lying, they would look like fools.
Misdemeanors...a really bad attitude. This qualifies. Technically, a lot of stuff does, but it should be used with great restraint.
That said, it would be stupid to push an impeachment that isn’t going to succeed.
Do you think Bonehead is going to call for a special prosecutor?
2014 is not far away. Beginning the impeachment process now might raise awareness among the voters in time to win control of the Senate in Nov. Just a thought.

GOP in congress wont go near it, especially after that beating they got during shutdown..
There is no law against politicians lying to us. We got midterms to correct that.
There are no impeachable offenses for Obama; and certainly none he could be convicted of without a huge super majority of ‘Pubbies in the Senate - after all, some of the ‘Pubbies are going to vote against conviction as well as all the Democrats.

Pub leadership strategy is to wait until “next time” to challenge Obama, or wait until voters like the wait strategy so much that they vote more waiters into the House & Senate.
While they wait, might as well have another round of drinks, AND another round of raises, perks, privileges, exemptions, & all expense paid trips.
It's impossible to account for the state of Congress in any other way.
What we have are barely educated, immature, grasping, unprincipled and irresponsible people in office! Our elected officials are the mirror image of their respective constituencies!
It can be argued that this thread and other discussions later in the year are the beginning of the process of insuring that pissed off voters rid us of as much of the Rat plague as possible.

As long as the “Goose-Stepping” RATs control the Senate they can impeach all they want but their will be no trial much less a conviction.
Back in the "bad old days", any person with any black blood in him, no matter how small, was automatically considered to be wholly black. And the black people assured us that attitude was racist.
Now black people consider half-white Obama to be wholly black, but that is no longer racist, and therefore he must be accepted as black by all people, white or black.
Thus, Obomba has no white half.
