Let us know when the House actually accomplishes something practical. So far...just meetings and a half-hearted showboat attempt to hold him in contempt that means and results in nothing.
All the purported "opposition party" ever does is shout, "Me, too! Me, too!" and advance the Democratic [sic] party's agenda.

If Boehner had any balls he would have Holder locked up in the Capitol building right now Oh, yeah. That would certain help us to have the Speaker unilaterally lock up the Attorney general. /rolling eyes

Let us know when the House actually accomplishes something practical. If Holder's contempt citation is upheld by the court I would say the House has followed a practical course.

“If Holder’s contempt citation is upheld by the court I would say the House has followed a practical course. “
It results in NOTHING. He gets no punishment nor does the House, We the People, compel him to testify about the facts.

Actually Jackson is the judge that rejected the request to have the case dismissed.
It sounds like he’s asking the same judge to let it go to an appeal before three judges. Sounds strange to me but I’m no legal beagle.

If you want practical then start impeachment hearings on the fact that the President illegally sold guns across national boundaries that resulted in hundreds of Americans and Mexicans and federal agents getting killed.
A contempt citation does nothing but maybe send Holder to jail, and with this spineless Republican party I would literally bet my life they won’t, and supposedly compel him to testify, which he doesn’t have to do and the President can pardon him from any congressional jail time.

We the People, compel him to testify about the facts. We the people will have much more public support with impeachment if the Judge rules the documents are to be released. Any incriminating info can then be used to build a case.
What kind of impeachment would it be if the documents are still under court seal and you couldn't use them in a proceeding?
