If you want practical then start impeachment hearings on the fact that the President illegally sold guns across national boundaries that resulted in hundreds of Americans and Mexicans and federal agents getting killed.
A contempt citation does nothing but maybe send Holder to jail, and with this spineless Republican party I would literally bet my life they won’t, and supposedly compel him to testify, which he doesn’t have to do and the President can pardon him from any congressional jail time.
Pardon me, but you've got to have proof of your assertion.
And, in order to establish such proof, you've got to gain access to the DOJ e-mails, notes and phone logs which are the subject of the Contempt action.
