New Jersey waitress Dayna Morales was expecting a tip after serving a party of four on Wednesday, but instead, she found a hurtful handwritten note.
Im sorry but I cannot tip because I do not agree with your lifestyle and the way you live your life," the note read.
Deeply offended, Morales, who is a lesbian, posted the receipt to Facebook, and then sent it to LGBT group Have a Gay Day's Facebook page, where it racked up over 3,000 comments and quickly made its way around the web.
"I'm a server at Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater, NJ and THIS is what happened to me today," she wrote, alongside the photo. "NEVER in a million years did I think this would happen...I am THOROUGHLY offended mad pissed off and hurt that THIS is what her kids will grow up learning and that I served in the Marines to keep ignorant people like them free."

I’m against the whole idea of tipping. I hate tipping. (I do it anyway). It’s just one of those old timey customs that never died, but should have.
Rhetorical questions: “How much should I tip?” Should I reduce the tip because they used the word “server”?”

Think this is her...
Hoax....absolutely
He looks clean cut for a waiter.
No, this in completely real. I've been to restaurants, fast food places, banquets and catered parties. Heck, in just about every one the life styles of waiters and waitresses and any of the servers is the first and only subject anyone ever discusses.
Nothing like showing the Lord's love, grace and mercy to help a sinner to see error of their ways. (/sarc)
Yep. BTW, I think this same hoax has been posted what, four or five times now in the last few days here on FR?
I’m becoming less and less inclined to go to restaurants anymore (and not just for economics). I mean, mygosh, these people touching your food? Ugh.
So, two lines of thought here. One is the BS side. How would the customers even know her sexual orientation in the first place? They probably didn’t and this “note” was written by the lesbian herself. The other side of the coin, maybe she was flaunting it and made the customers un-comfortable. Bottom line, I don’t see a customer setting out for an evening with intent to bemoan lesbians or homosexuals by just taking a chance they are right and leaving such a note.
More to this story, or complete fabrication.
Option three: both.
Like most, I started my working career way back in the late 70's and early 80's working in food service. I am NOT stereo-typing when I say most black customers either don't tip at all, or are very poor tippers when they do tip.
At that point, things become self-fulfilling prophecies. I've also been in restaurant situations where wait staff didn't want to wait on blacks that came into a restaurant because they knew no matter what level of service they provided, they'd either get no, or a very poor tip.
The result: they provided poor service and received no or a very low tip.
Very glad that my time working in that sector as I started out my working career was relatively short. Learned alot about people.
I guarantee she was flaunting her gay BS by smacking other girls on the ass etc.
She should be fired for posting a customers receipt to the internet.
Judging from the number of comments a fair amount of folks here hadn’t seen it.
