Many hospitals are not accepting Obamacare.
I have no sympathy for the insurance companies who fully supported Obamacare because they thought that millions more, mostly healthy, people would be forced to buy their product.

Under what authority does the President do this?
He had no more authority to change the law than I do. He can sign a bill into law, but he can’t MAKE NEW LAW or CHANGE existing law.

I am convinced of this, also. I read the first 40-50 pages when it first came out. You would have had to have been an idiot to not realize this was going to happen. For those who did attempt to read it. I guess they just didn't expect it to happen this quickly.
Pelosi just said obamacare is a valued entity in America. Righhhhttttt.
