The Obama administration will on Wednesday release data on October enrollments through the federal health insurance exchange.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will release a report on the numbers at 3:30 p.m., and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will discuss the findings on a press call then.
The White House has been trying to lower already low expectations for the numbers, as press secretary Jay Carney did, yet again, at his daily briefing Wednesday. "No one will be satisfied with the numbers because they will be below what we sought" prior to the launch of the website, he told reporters.
Carney said he hadn't yet discussed the numbers with Obama.
330... I believe their lying about that number...
oops.. too fast...
they’re lying...
It’s not even 300... nationwide.
I bet we are going to be SURPRISED at how many people are signed up. You watch. If the number is in the 6 figures, the media will be shocked at how successful this has been. Let’s see if they do the math, however.
Those kicked w/out insurance who wanted it = Those kicked - Those enrolled.
Wait till the employers stop providing health insurance benefits next year.
Today’s 0bama administration lie in 1 2 3 ...
They don’t want to release them while Rush is still on.LOL!
I suspect the same.
The other suspicion is that the numbers released will look “good” and get massive friendly press. Sunday evening, the numbers will be “corrected” back to dismal, just like every jobs report for the last 5 years.
In other words, the Obama administration will lie yet again at 3:30 today. It’s just getting so old. WHATEVER number they come up with, it’s going to be a propped up, bloated, make it look the best they can number. No one should go to this presser. It just doesn’t matter.
I hope it will be in small fonts, so this huge number will fit on my screen.(/s)
And Medicaid doesn’t count, in my opinion
but I believe Mark Levin will be on. Ooooo he will be hotter than the sun.
Anything less than hugh numbers will be series.
Pay close attention to the words oboma uses. Unless he says ..."signed up and PAID their first premium", then it doesn't count. He's decieving again.
I'm getting ready to be stuned by the results.
2/3 of Shopping Carts are never purchased. It will be higher for Healthcare.gov.
Looks to me like the huge percentage of enrollees will be medicaid or heavily subsidized - exactly how the regime planned to reward their voters.
