Thanks for the list. The traitors are exposing themselves. Primary every one of these RINO traitors. Ostracize them where they live, refusing to sell their families food, clothing or fuel.
Now we know EXACTLY who to target for DEFEAT!!!
Er....that's three losers.
Vote out the RINOs in 2014.
More like an infestation. Or an inundation. Hell, that type has practically taken over FR since Romney won the nomination. I'm getting worn down fighting back the tide.
As I’ve said before, *hitty candidates from BOTH wings are party are bad.
Re Brown, he did win once and there was no alternative in MA. No Republican would have won in 2012 with Obama having such a wide lead in the state, some people like to pretend he would have won if were more conservative, he wouldn’t have. Loser Romney losing by over 20 sealed his fate. Lingle had even less of a chance.
Wilson actually did better than I expected. I don’t fault her campaign as I would Mack’s and Rehberg’s and Berg’s and Thompson’s. Those 4 useless twits lost races we should have won. That alone would have put us at 49. Add Akin and Mourdock and that’s 51. Of course with Mourdock, there was no alternative in the primary and who would thought someone who had won statewide TWICE before would make idiotic rape comments AFTER Akin already did and destroyed his chances? UHGH!! That one hurts the most because you couldn’t see it coming. I didn’t see Akin coming either but Clintonfatigued warned that he was a rube used to running in his fairly safe House seat. He had 2 primary opponents, either of whom would be Senators now. Ditto with Sharron Angle, self-appointed Queen of the Tea Party.
The NRSC deserves blame for New Mexico for giving up on Wilson, canceling ads and such. The rat got 51% but there also a ninny Independent who took over 3.5% from Wilson (American Independent party, I shouldn’t say they took all their votes from Republicans, I’m sure there are some idiots who had no idea what the party stood for and just voted for the word “Independent”).
If not for bad candidates and vote splitting we could easily have around 60 Senators right now.
As for Steve LaTorurrette’s syndrome, I’m glad the icehole and his beard left Congress. The numbers on prominent lemons in Senate races are pretty evenly distributed between GOPErs and conservatives there Stevie boy. Why don’t you go take a swim in Lake Erie, eh buddy?
I can’t fault him for his strategy though. If were I the GOP-E I would be pointing to the Akins and Angles to boost my case.
A few fools make us look stupid by STILL defending them. We must strongly disavow them whist promoting intelligent and articulate conservatives like Ted Cruz who can wipe the floor with the RINOs and the rats.
We must likewise point to the establishment failures like Old Man Thompson and Mack the Lesser to show that the tea party has no monopoly on running horrible campaigns that hand elections to democrats on a silver platter, the GOPE has been doing it a lot longer.
This used to be my district and its current rep, David Joyce, is a big improvement.
Rubio stinks on immigration, but he's solid almost everywhere else. I am still sorely disappointed in him with his tactics on that issue, but he's really really good on most of our key issues.
This guy Rubio tried to give our country away to foreign invaders, and you tell me "he's solid almost everywhere else"???
Don't be a fool. If he betrayed you on something as important as amnesty for illegals, he's already crossed over to the dark side.
Forget him. He's gone.
There really was no alternative to Angle either. The only other one with a chance was known as ‘the chicken lady’
That’s Sue Lowden (she’s running for LT Governor next year), I preferred the third candidate Danny Tarkanian (who lost out to Lowden for 2nd place by less than 3%, with Angle winning by 14 points).
But I’d much much much much have rather run Lowden than Angle. Fieldmarshaldj and I an a few others warned at the time that if anyone was gonna blow it, it was Angle. She had lost a GOP primary for Congress in 2006 and then whined for a REVOTE (not recount, revote), that nonsense combined with the bad year allowed the rats to come within 5 points of winning the seat. Then she lost a primary for State Senate against the elderly RINO dirtbag GOP Leader Bill Raggio. Running that loser for a HIGHER office after those boners was an act of absolute insanity.
She got a lot of undeserved support merely because she played the role of “tea party” candidate to the best effect, at exactly the right time. Dozens of people flamed anyone who dared criticize her. This was a failed politician, clearly feeling entitled to office, who used the tea party movement for her own ambitions. She then blew a race that was in the bag and it didn’t even end up very close. And there are still ninnies who would like to see her run again and insist she ONLY lost (by almost SIX points) a race she led until the end of the campaign, because of fraud, she did nothing wrong in her horrible campaign, nothing at all.
As you can probably tell I feel very strongly about that race.
That’s true. Same thing with his predecessor, Mel Martinez. Solid conservative, except for his complete devotion (worse than Rubio) to shamnesty.
Because of the importance of the issue many people will never forgive Rubs and keep mentioning his name along side the worst RINO scum even though that isn’t accurate. Another guy in the same boat, former Senator Jon Kyl of AZ. Despite being well to McCain’s right and aside from immigration having one of the best records in the Senate he was often mentioned in same breath as McCain.
The issue is a deal breaker for a lot of people.
1) Club for Growth, Freedom Works, and Tea Party Express started dumping money for her. Angle had trouble raising her own money.
2) PACs for Reid started running ads praising Angle and slamming Lowden.
Thus, NV conservatives fell for those ads and voted Angle. Sharron Angle wants to run for office again. When Ensign resigned, Angle pondered challenging Heller in 2012. When that went nowhere, she pondered running for the NV-02. However, the same Tea Party groups that endorsed her in 2010, told her “not this time”. I think we've heard the last of Angle as a candidate. Reid will be tough to beat in 2016. Remember we could have defeated Reid in 1998, but Ensign lost be 428 votes! Yes, there was a Losertarian running. Reid keeping encountering all kinds of luck. Trump Casinos donated to Reid. Also the UFC (Ultimate Fighting) backed Reid. With Romney out, Reid is the most prominent Mormon politician. Would not be surprised if Mormons backed Reid to keep their influence in Congress.
Foolish mistake. I'm glad they will no longer back her.
PACs for Reid started running ads praising Angle and slamming Lowden.
I didn't know that, figures.
. Reid will be tough to beat in 2016. Remember we could have defeated Reid in 1998, but Ensign lost be 428 votes!
Now there was a race were fraud was well more than the difference. So close. And then he shamefully got a pass in 2004.
Also the UFC (Ultimate Fighting) backed Reid.
I'm a fan of the sport (MMA) but I don't buy their PPVs. Corrupt bastards, the casinos are even worse. Ironically they've been unable to get the sport legal in NY, were the boxing people are bribing Speaker Sheldon Silver to keep them out.
Who to run in 2016, Amoedi? Heck? Krolicki?
Reid remains a viscerally unpopular figure, even in Nevada. I’ve said many times he would’ve been beaten by any Republican in 2010, even a ficus plant, except for one person, and that was the fiasco known as Sharron Angle.
Reid will be 77 in 2016, and there might even be an outside chance he doesn’t run again. If the GOP is determined to win the seat with little problem, the heavyweight would be Gov. Sandoval (provided the Republican nominee wins the Lt Gov race in 2014, since Krolicki is term-limited). Obviously, Krolicki or Reps. Amodei or Heck would also be acceptable (although I’ll admit a worry that if Amodei runs, Angle might try to go for his seat, and would predictably lose it if she gets the nomination, despite it being a reliably GOP district).
It’s probably a good thing Ensign stepped down when he did and allowed Sandoval to appoint Heller, as that may have given Heller a bit of a leg up on the Reid flunkie that he just narrowly beat last year.
