Obama was looking forward to spending the night at his house in Kenwood, on the citys South Sidethe redbrick Georgian Revival pile that he and Michelle and their daughters left behind when they took up residence in the White House. He arrived fairly late, after 10:00 p.m., but then stayed up even later, intrigued by some old boxes that had belonged to his late mother, Ann Dunham.
Dunham had died seven years earlier, but Obama hadnt sorted through all her things. Now, alone in his old house for just the third night since hed become president, he started rummaging through the boxes, digging, digging, until suddenly he found it: a small, four-paneled paper booklet the world had never seen before. On the front was an ink drawing of Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital, in Honolulu. On the back was a picture of a Hawaiian queen. On one inside page were his name, his mothers name, and his date of birth; on the other were his infant footprints.
The next morning, Marty Nesbitt came over to have breakfast with Obama. The CEO of an airport parking-lot company, Nesbitt was part of a tiny circle of Chicago friends on whom the president relied to keep him anchored in a reality outside the Washington funhouse. The two men had bonded playing pickup basketball two decades earlier; their relationship was still firmly rooted in sports, talking smack, and all around regular-guyness. After chatting for a while at the kitchen table, Obama went upstairs and came back down, wearing a cat-who-ate-a-whole-flock-of-canaries grin, waving the booklet in the air, and then placing it in front of Nesbitt.
Now, thats some funny s__t, Nesbitt said, and burst out laughing.

A non-binding Senate Resolution does not have the force of law and while Senate Resolution 511 notes that Senator McCain was “born to American citizens,” it does not state that two U.S. Citizen parents are required. Parentage comes into play for persons born outside the boundaries of the United States. That is why Canada-born Senator Cruz will be eligible because U.S. law provides for him to qualify with one U.S. citizen parent under the provisions of 8 USC 1401:
“The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:
(g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years...”
Tisdale v Obama, U.S. District Court Judge John A. Gibney, Jr.: “It is well settled that those born within the United States are natural born citizens.”— U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Virginia, January 23, 2012.
Nine court rulings have stated that Obama is a natural born citizen. No court has ruled that he does not qualify under Article Two, Section One.
In an eligibility lawsuit that the U.S. Supreme Court refused to review, the original trial judge ruled:
Barnett, Keyes, et. al. v. Obama, et. al., U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter: “There may very well be a legitimate role for the judiciary to interpret whether the natural born citizen requirement has been satisfied in the case of a presidential candidate who has not already won the election and taken office. However, on the day that President Obama took the presidential oath and was sworn in, he became President of the United States. Any removal of him from the presidency must be accomplished through the Constitution’s mechanisms for the removal of a President, either through impeachment or the succession process set forth in the Twenty-Fifth Amendment.”
U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, October 29, 2009
>> “Was Trump working for Obama?” <<
No, Trump was working for Trump, as usual.
“Obama might have been born in Canada but not Kenya”
Are you aware that the Kenyan Parliament twice acknowledged Obama’s Kenyan birth? Both references are equally intriguing; if you haven’t read them, you wd certainly find them worth your while.

“No more snarkytarts”
Not so fast. I have a dog named Snarkytart. She wd not take kindly to banishment.
I know what you’re getting at, though. No matter what our differences, Obot trolls excepted, we are all conservatives. That trumps any discrepancies we may have on less fundamental levels. Something definitely to bear in mind.
That's why I prefer to call him zero - his birth name was goodness knows what - with a forged BC you can't know the name of his parents. And the 'born in Kenya' BS only works if you believe his father was the kenyan student, which the above kerfuffle in the Kenya Parliament seems to indicate THEY believed at the time.
One more thought on Obama’s Kenyan birth. The second time the Kenyan Parliament acknowledged his Kenyan birth, they also applauded US voters for knowingly electing a foreign/Kenyan-born President. It is the sheer matter-of-factness of the statement that stands out most. I.e.: they do not treat Obama’s Kenyan birth as remotely questionable or controversial. To them, it is such a commonplace & established FACT that they cannot imagine Americans do not know about it. Therefore they give us props for *knowingly* electing a foreign/Kenyan-born POTUS. Interesting, to say the least.
True. However, there would be an obvious motive for BHO Sr. to lie to IRS, assuming he wasn't the natural father of the infant. It may have been to his benefit in applying to the INS for extension of his visa.
Fantasywriter,
Please accept my apologies!!! :0 and tell your doggie that I apologise to her also !

then why didn’t he declare the same on the document he completed asking for an extension dated April 1964?
and someone else, with different handwriting completed the form AFTER the kenyan had signed it?
Lol. The canine fireball known as Snarkytart requires no apology. She exists to raise Cain, & nothing’s going to stand in her way. ;)
I do agree that we conservatives can spend so much time disagreeing w ea other that we forget the real challenge: liberalism. So your concerns are noted & well received.
Otoh, there is no downside to mentioning the Kenyan Parliament’s acknowledgement of Obama’s Kenyan birth. From what I can see, not many people know they even acted in that venue, much less know what they said. Enlightenment on the point can only be a plus.
For instance, consider what was said in the first reference. A member of parliament wishes to officially acknowledge Obama’s Kenyan birth. The Kenyan Vice President takes the occasion to reveal that on the night he won the election, Barack Obama called him in Kenya. He asked the Kenyan Veep to take care of the situation. The Veep assures the parliament that he is doing exactly as asked.
What situation, you might ask? & how is the Veep handling it?
The situation at hand: i.e.: the desire of the Kenyan parliament to make an official acknowledgement of Obama’s Kenyan birth.
What is the Veep doing, in compliance w Obama’s request?
First note what he doesn’t do. He does NOT correct the record, & remind his fellow members of Obama’s ‘HI birth’. Rather, he allows to stand the statement that Obama was indeed born in Kenya.
All he does, in fact, is prevent the parliament from officially acknowledging Obama’s Kenyan birth.
From which a couple of points are evident. First, Obama knew perfectly well that his Kenyan birth was well known in Kenya. There was no use in trying to pass the big ‘born in HI’ LIE off in Kenya; it wd not have flown for five nano seconds.
Second, the Kenyan powers that be, while not for an instant ready to play the ‘born in HI’ game, nevertheless are willing to play ball w Obama to a lesser degree. I.e.: they are willing to forego making too big a deal of Obama’s Kenyan birth, so long as they are not required to repudiate it.
These are the facts. There is no harm in airing them. Perhaps there is some benefit. Not everyone knows what was said in the Kenyan Parliament. Spreading the word can only serve to educate & inform.
Maybe he was born in Kenya but it does not fit Occam’s razor. I sincerely doubt he was born in the USA.
It could be that he was born in Kenya. But Kenya does have a vested interest in having the American president be from there, to them; surely it is good enough that his father was Kenyan. I am not sure he really was born there from all we know about Barack senior and his proclivities. And the youth of Stanley.
If you were to look up the two Kenyan Parliament references to Obama being born there, you’d see they are not lying. They are simply very proud to be the birth-country of a US president.
Liberals/Obots have a shockingly racist explanation for the Kenyan Parliament pronouncements. They claim Kenyans are too stupid to know that Obama was not born there. I.e.: they admit the parliament believes Obama was born there, but then they claim it’s just a case of backward, ignorant people being too dense to figure out what white liberal Obots know: that Obama was born in HI.
Personally, I don’t doubt the Kenyans’ ability to get at the truth. It’s not rocket science. Soros’ $ has muddied the waters over here, but in Kenya the truth is still quite accsessable.
I’m not clinging to any belief. I’m simply posting what real courts of law have actually ruled.
Don’t try to kill the messenger.
If there were judicial rulings that supported your position, I would post them as well.
It could be. I’m not denigrating the Kenyan parliament. Maybe Obama was born there; maybe his relatives claim he was. I remember Rahm Emanuel going there suspiciously.
However, I still believe in Occam’s razor - I think Stanley Ann went where all her high school friends who got knocked up went- across the border to one of the unwed mother homes in Vancouver.
