It could be. I’m not denigrating the Kenyan parliament. Maybe Obama was born there; maybe his relatives claim he was. I remember Rahm Emanuel going there suspiciously.

However, I still believe in Occam’s razor - I think Stanley Ann went where all her high school friends who got knocked up went- across the border to one of the unwed mother homes in Vancouver.

Occam’s razor is more useful in some contexts than in others. For example, imagine it was Stanley Ann’s adult life, rather than the period of her pregnancy, that had been shrouded in secrecy and misdirection. The deep pockets on the left had put out a false narrative, but nobody who took the time to examine the facts & evidence believed it. What happens next?

Posit that evidence exists establishing that Stanley Ann lived an unusual and perhaps even exotic life during the mystery-period. But the nature of it all was so atypical, some rejected the evidence. They said, ‘lets use Occam’s razor to figure this out. The average, ordinary young American woman of Stanley Ann’s generation married an American man, settled down in the USA & became a housewife. That’s most likely what Stanley Ann did too.’

Well as you can see, Occam’s Razor is useless when it comes to Stanley Ann. At no point did she make the same choices as the average, typical young woman of her age. She was a three sigma event (which is not necessarily a good thing).

So why, when everything we actually know about her points to the oddness, even bizarreness, of her choices, wd we assume that ‘average and typical’ defines those choices of hers that we don’t know about? This is an assumption not supported by facts.

This is why Occam’s Razor is not typically the tool of choice in figuring out where a famous person was born. Other methods are far more reliable & standard. In this context, the pronouncements of the Kenyan Parliament take on significant weight. They are closer to the official records of Kenyan births, etc., than we are. They are convinced beyond the shadow of a doubt that Obama was born there. In order to dislodge this evidence, you’d need counter evidence. To date, there is exactly zero evidence Obama was born in Canada. Rather, Kenya is way out ahead in the evidence sweepstakes. If that ever changes, it will be extremely interesting to say the least.
