David Eckert, a resident of Deming, NM, was pulled over by police officers after failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. For whatever reason, the officers decided Eckert was hiding something, or perhaps they were unsatisfied that a routine stop hadn't blown up into something bigger. ...
1. Eckert's abdominal area was x-rayed; no narcotics were found.
2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
4. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
5. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a second time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
6. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a third time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.
7. Doctors then x-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.
8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert's anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines. No narcotics were found.
At no time did Eckert give his consent to these searches. The police did obtain a warrant to rectally search Eckert but that warrant itself was problematic.

I’ll laugh when the cops do something like this to you or someone you care about.
How many years were you incarcerated? Did you enjoy it?
You do realize, that, these cops playing anal tag with this Anglo....a few hundred kilos of dope were smuggled thru their area by Mexican Drug Cartels?
These Chicano cops bagged themselves s gringo...and let their La Raza buddies go free
Think about it. If the man was not probed medically over an extended period, why would the hospital send him a $6000 bill?
The whole area is a $h!thole. Eckert has a rapsheet and isn't smart enough to get out. I'd be willing to bet if he manages to squeeze a big settlement out of this he'll be in trouble with the law again in short order. (Drug related)
How are you any different from the criminal elementt? I do care. I care that the criminal element be removed from society. ALL people involved in criminal activity. Repeat offenders are a bane of society.
Nothing in that response that shows you care about our rights being protected. A person caught speeding has committed a crime and, according to you, should be removed from society. And trust me, there is an all out war going on.
In recent history it has been drugs. It was a great testing ground to see how much we would tolerate, how willing we would be to give up rights, how supportive we would be, how compliant we would be.
Today, they are coming after our guns. Tomorrow will be our religion.
I used to be just like you.
You'll have to query the hospital. I've never been able to figure out hospital billing.
No thanks, I don’t need to. His rights were violated, repeatedly - even if he did have a record.
If this is true, whoever initiated this needs a 45 caliber enema.
I have just as many rights as you, don't I? And more than a convicted criminal.
A person caught speeding has committed a crime and, according to you, should be removed from society
Don't be ridiculous!
In recent history it has been drugs.
Why is it that drugs most always seem to get you libertarians panties in a wad?
Why does a cop wannabe who calls himself a wolf want approval for kidnapping and assraping men?
Did your mama drop you on your head? Or are you just an idiot?
Your words on criminal activity. You can try to say I am being ridiculous, they were your words. Speeding is a crime.
Next, I am not a libertarian. Used to be just like you. I was married to a police officer and we lived in one of the worst crime areas in NM (which is hard because NM is a mess, no matter where you are except the east and probably some far west counties). I have had police officer friends killed in the line of duty in NM.
But, being married to him also gave me insight into their fatal flaws: covering up crimes for each other, targeting people, and politics.
And even years later, when stories like these came out, I took the side of police, time after time. But more and more stories started coming out where police falsified evidence against suspects, people were being convicted of crimes that they had clear evidence that they were not even in town when the crime happened, or situations like the Duke LaCrosse rape case. And locally, a young man pursued for years for a murder because he walked past the woman’s body and acted odd, in jail for years and released with a multimillion dollar payday.
Police are no better than us, they are us. And, yes, the “war on drugs” has led to the militarization of our police, has led to the idea that police are “above” regular citizens. They have forgotten their place and purpose.
http://www.legalmatch.com/law-library/article/speeding-and-moving-violations.html What is a Speeding or Moving Violation?
Most speeding and/or moving violations are not considered criminal offenses. A speeding or moving violation may result in a fine, affect your ability to get a driver's license, or raise your car insurance rates, but it will not result in jail time or other criminal punishments in most situations. The laws for speeding and moving violations vary widely by states, counties, and cities, so be sure that you are aware of your rights and obligations.
LOL!
crime noun \ˈkrīm\
: an illegal act for which someone can be punished by the government
: activity that is against the law : illegal acts in general
: an act that is foolish or wrong
Are there laws about what the maximum (and sometimes minimum) speed limits are? Why yes there are? Therefore speeding is an illegal act for which someone can be punished by the government and an activity that is against the law, and in many cases an act that is foolish and wrong. Therefore, speeding is a "crime" and according to you all criminals should be removed from society. I can throw those terms right back at you. Hmmm.
Which in wolfboy`s ideal world, do not extend to keeping his fingers out of your colon.
So is littering, jaywalking, parking in a handicap only parking area, failure to signal, netc.

Exactly my point. And according to you, criminals should be removed from society. Your words.
