In his whole re-election campaign, Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.) has invited only one sitting out-of-state officeholder to campaign with him: New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez (R), who joined Christie at eight campaign events Monday, including a rally in heavily Hispanic Union City.
In many ways, Martinez is the perfect complement to Christie, amplifying his strengths as a politician. She is relatively young (54) and a moderate who maintains strong popularity in a blue state. She has worked closely with a legislature held by Democrats and bucked her party by taking the Medicaid expansion in Obamacare. Perhaps most importantly, she's almost 2,000 miles removed from the poisonous politics of Washington, D.C.

So if he runs in 2016 (I doubt he will), the left will beat him up with the “quitter” label too.
That comment sounds all too familiar????.....are you really going to play that game this time around? I think we have a better chance then to buy into their political manuvering they’re doing now. I choose not to get on their bandwagon...they love to hear us say “if it comes down to it”..... they’ve set the hook and got a bite...don’t bite!
I hope it doesn’t come to that, and will work to prevent it. You can do what you like. A lot of people “wouldn’t play the game” and sat out the last two Presidential elections, and look where that got us. They may have done what they felt was the right thing by not voting for the approved (lousy) candidate out of principle, but we all still have to suffer the consequences of a radical Dem President regardless.
Please don't divinize him.
That’s precisely what the corrupt establishment expects of you. I stopped playing their game. 2008 was the last time.
Right. We might as well speculate that Cackles Clinton will pick Krispy as VP nominee, on a “national unity” ticket.
NO SALE!
I truly believe Sarah Palin will run in 2016..................
Nope.
Not gonna do that ever again.
N-E-V-E-R again.
.
Will Gov.Palin be able to beat out Gov.Christie for Republican Presidential candidate?
My guess is IF HRC runs, she will pick another female for VP. ........
couldn’t he just pick Hillary, to sort of appeal to independents?
Well, how special that Krispy got some *help* along his campaign trail. More than he did for Cuccinelli. Neither of these two Pubbie Governors popped in to help out Cooch’s campaign. That tells me all I need to know about Suzy & Krispy.
How about a subpoena for Clinton, put her under oath, and have her testify about Benghazi. It’s a two-fer, we need answers on Benghazi AND puts her out of play.
But can she cook?
F-THAT to both premises: CHRISTIE AS Republican Prez nominee, and Susan Martinez as V.P!
I concur.
Crispy has about as much chance of getting the GOP nomination as I have. Well wait I prolly have a better chance. At least I’m conservative. :-)
Looks like the Uniparty wants Hillary... :-(
