At the end of the race, Cuccinelli was closing in on Democrat Terry McAuliffe, who eked out a two-point victory on Tuesday despite exit polls that showed McAuliffe was up by seven points.

According to the Washington Post, Chris La Civita said that financial support from national Republican sources dried up on October 1.

The little RNC weasel Reince Priebus was on WMAL yesterday morning and was asked about this. He weakly claimed that the RNC had given Cuccinelli $3 million over the summer and provided a "ground game," which was not necessarily true. After Preibus slinked away, Mark Levin called in and tore Priebus a new one, tearing his lie apart piece by piece.

The hell with the GOP-E!

I think Priebus probably gave $3M to McAuliffe.

I am seriously over the DC party. They do not deserve dollars or votes.

The GOP-E really wants conservatives out. Well, it’s working. Although I’m still registered, I no longer self identify as a Republican.

I think Priebus probably gave $3M to McAuliffe.

They gave McDonell $13 million in 2009 in a race he won handily.

I read Priebus’ Facebook post last night lauding Cooch for a “hard-fought election.”

Effing shameful. After that act of non-support Priebus had the temerity to make THAT statement.

F***that little weasel. His RNC did NOTHING for this good man Cuccinelli.

This was a winnable race and we got NOTHING!!!

The GOP simply does not deserve to survive.

The GOP has systematically helped the DNC
with treason, ObamaCARE, open borders, new taxes,
... , and has even had the AUDACITY to foist
the AUTHOR of ObamaCARE **(Carpetbagger Romney),
and the backstabber of conservatives and their children,
on the USA as a loser candidate.

It’s hard to dispute that had the establishment only given Cuccinelli just a little support then the outcome could have been very different.

The Republican party is as much my enemy as the Democrats.

Moreso, actually, for they are the saboteur inside the walls.

As of today, it’s both the Democrat and Republican parties vs. the TEA Party. Period.

I pity the next RNC caller who calls asking for money.

As of today, I am a Tea Party member. Screw the RNC.

Saw Michael Steele on MSDNC last night criticizing the Tea Party in every way imaginable. With friends like that, who needs enemies?

McAuliffe was and is the GOPe candidate in the VA Gov election.

The only reason I will continue to be registered as an R is so that I can vote against the GOPe candidates in the primaries.

Team Romney in the GOP will never change.

They have stolen hundred of millions from conservatives,
and will use it with more money from Soros,
to destroy America and its values
(both arethe Romney and Obama agendae).

The current two party system requires enough churn of the masses to keep them riled up and voting without getting so fed up that they overturn the applecart.

The Tea Party movement is a threat to that applecart - both parties depend upon eliminating such a threat. It has the potential to completely change the rules of power. That’s not acceptable.

OF COURSE both parties are scared witless. OF COURSE both parties are fighting to put the Tea Party Genie back in the bottle. We were only suppose to survive as a movement long enough to heft the GOP back into some power.

“That Astro-Turf Tea Party is history, don’t you know.”

“They can’t win, and everytime they bump a ‘real’ Republican in the primary, we lose.”

If we weren’t such a threat, they wouldn’t be targeting us. The Democrats are deathly afraid of having to contend with a true opposition that can and will defend its ideas. The Republicans are afraid of going the way of the Whigs.

They should be afraid. Both of them.

The RNC is useless. They are filled with RINO’s and no longer of any use to the Conservative side.
