I’m getting close myself.

It’s now down to 143 votes..not sure if Loudoun transcription error(+600 Herring) and/or Buchanon Co. error (Obenshein +200) have been acccounted for in that total.

No gun control. Bloomberg put money into HOD races and pulled blanks.

Mia also had the fact that she was black, even in Utah a white male LDS will win over a female LDS esp a black one. I know several who refused to vote for her because she was black and female. Not saying it is right, but it is common.

Wow. That's unbelievably disgusting...

I hope Mia runs again and manages to pull off a big win.

Just read earlier linked article re: Cantor's former aid (and a host of other GOP staff-types) actively supported McAuliffe...WTF??? (and pardon my "French", as the archaic saying goes)

Jeff Sessions might be my new hero...thanks for post! ; )

Quite an interesting comparison, isn't it?

IMHO, Christie didn't really need the help, Cuccinelli did...exactly the opposite of what was actually done, it seems...

I wonder if that's anything to do with "looking ahead" to 2014/2016? But if the GOP party mavens think New Jersey is ever going to go for a GOP Pres., methinks they have another think coming...they wouldn't go for Christie even for Prez...that's different than Guv'nor.

If you look at a map of VA results, you will see a microcosm of the United States. Republicans triumphed in the vast majority of districts. The state is primarily red, with only pockets of blue. Maddeningly, those pockets hold vast numbers of voters. The voters in my area went over 60% for the republican ticket (no prejudice against EW Jackson in my neck of the woods).

I don’t know about Mark Obenshain. Anyone in VA know if Obenshain won the AG position? Last I heard, the race was too close to call...

“Did we keep the House of Delegates?”

The GOP has 67 seats. Unchanged.

Nope. Obenshain now “trails” by 600 after leading all night long. Sounds like those boxes of extra pre-marked (D) ballots came in handy after all. A supposed “reporting error” in one northern county ripped away ... get ready for it .... 600 votes.

The way it went starting off great and losing a bit more each few districts was purposeful. No one can convince me of any other conclusion than dens and Re planned it along with bankrolled third party. Withoutt this Cucc would have huge win. He should be shouting this and how the public will suffer because of this. I’m sure there were many manufactureres ballots from the late reporting districts. Notice dem districts always report last? Why doesn’t our side ever note this publicly? Dens are supposed to be the wizards of smart.

Does anyone know how many Republicans’ sat this one out? How many registered Republicans did NOT vote in Virginia yesterday?

I’m sure someone will run those numbers. It pisses me off to no end that GOP voters alone could’ve carried this election but at least 40% of them once again chose to sit on their asses. They, along with those self-righteous f***s who voted for Sarvis are dead to me.
