One student [who they call unreliable and not credible b/c it's not a policeman]; kid said he saw a black kid get off a public transit bus with a mask on, and a ninja sword in his backpack. He said I thought he was a leftover from Halloween and I parked my car.....and went to class.
3 students taken out of dorm in handcuffs....w/ 3 SWAT, 2 K-9s.

Open carry with a permit is legal in CT, and my quick research shows that carry on campus is not prohibited soooo...what specifically was the problem?
Just think of the time and money wasted because some idiot is afraid of his own shadow. I read about some hospital in Florida went on “lockdown” (media loves that term”) because someone called the cops about a maintenance man carrying his portable drill with battery pack by the pistol grip.
Suspect is the son of a geography professor at the college. All was a big mistake as son was coming back from a 3 day Halloween party, didn’t have a change of clothes.
