GRAND RAPIDS, MI A man with a concealed-weapons permit shot and killed an alleged robber in an incident outside of a New York Fried Chicken restaurant that ultimately left two men dead, investigators said Thursday.
The two related shootings occurred around 12:45 a.m. Oct. 31 at 734 S. Division Ave.
One of the people killed was the robbery suspect, police have said. His name has not been released.
Family members have identified Domnick Floyd, 23, of Grand Rapids, as the second victim at the shooting scene. They said that police told them that Floyd was picked out for robbery by others after he attended a hip-hop concert at the Intersection nightclub.

The reporter is most assuredly at an “Obama level” of writing.
And that, folks, is the present state of our MSM.

what a weird way to write a story.
So, er, who shot the second victim? Why not actually name the restaurant (Obama Fried Chicken?) since you have already mentioned where this happened?

This is unbelievable! Why would anybody start a fast food chain and name it New York Fired Chicken? As far as I can tell by visiting their website, there are 4 locations for this chain, and they sell the standard fast food stuff.
Why they picked that name is a mystery to me, as I never heard of New York fried chicken and I lived in Manhattan for several years.

The name is to signify that it doesn’t taste like your momma’s chicken or any other chicken you might get locally. maybe....??

actually, the reporting on “MLive” is fairly good. I don’t know the name of the CCW shooter...as it should be.
