Remember way back in the distant past - like, two weeks ago - when every Democrat on Capitol Hill was united in the determination that ObamaCare must not be changed, not be delayed, not be modified in any way, because to do so would be a dirty, nasty, right-wing Republican trick?
My. How things change. Dana Bash of CNN tweets that the 13 Democrat senators up for re-election in 2014 are suddenly singing a very different tune:
new: senior dem source tells me to expect every sen dem running in 2014 to back @JeanneShaheen proposal to delay #ACA enrollment deadline

Well thats nice of them, but these same 13 Democrats voted in 2009 to create this monstrosity in the first place. And dont forget how that went down either. Remember that the Senate passed a version of the bill that everyone knew had major problems, taking advantage of its 60-seat, filibuster-proof majority to push the bill through. Then Senator Ted Kennedy died, and was replaced by Republican Scott Brown. That meant the Senate could no longer stop a filibuster, which it would need to do to pass any improved bill coming out of conference after the House passed its version. The only way at that point to pass ObamaCare to have the House pass the Senate bill with no changes, then abuse reconciliation rules to pass the fixes that were needed.
Abusing power is something Harry Reid is only too happy to do.
So every one of these 13 Democrats is responsible for creating the mess in which we now find ourselves. Their sudden conversion to the need for a delay is very nice, but its not enough. If you live in any one of these states, I urge you to vote

Must be his left hand.
If the candidates opposing them are GOPe certified, then any Conservative that votes for them is voting for someone who will NOT represent their will; in other words "the enemy". We are better off in the long run letting a dyed in the wool Dem win the seat than let a GOPe candidate take it.
You sound ‘concerned’ ....
” “I was all for Obamacare,” wrote a young woman complaining about a 50 percent rate hike related to the health care law, “until I found out I was paying for it.”
To paraphrase this for the senators, “I was for Obamacare until my supporters found out they were paying for it.”
Refresh my memory CC, please, you mean purging the voter rolls of the dead, felons etc?
There has been a purge of ineligible voters going on. There is also a new law that puts a microscope on traditionally problem areas with the GOP looking over their shoulders in Detroit. The white guy won the Detroit Mayoral primary because the state stepped in and made them return the 40% of votes they took from the guy. We also have a voter ID law.
People are actually being charged and convicted for fraud these days.
Detroit will vote democrat but they won’t do it with 200,000 more votes than voters.
You definitely ain’t wrong.
But, I’d rather have 13 fake conservatives in the Senate than 13 Harry Reids.
Even if they’re RINO’s, with the majority they can hide amongst the masses and probably wouldn’t feel as compelled to “compromise”, ALL the time
Kay Hagen has been on my list awhile. She is rock bottom in state polls. Of course, we have an establishment type Republican senator that needs replacement also.
Remember, he voted for cloture and against Ted Cruz, that gave Harry Reid the ability to put funding back into the CR for Obamacare plus the Kentucky Kickback!!
Cornyn is spending millions already 're-assuring' folks he's a good Conservative.
Its too late...we see past his mask now. I’m ready for him to be gone!
Every campaign ad against these clowns needs to stamp the scarlet O on their foreheads. It is the new scarlet letter, and voters should be reminded that they voted without reading a bill that the American public never wanted.

Open seats are easier to win than contested ones.
Johnson SD, Baucus MT, Rockefeller WV are retiring.
Rothenberg,Cook and Sabato have all those more than leaning republican.
Begich AK, Pryor AR, Landrieu LA, and Hagan NC, are in REAL Trouble.
Not on the list are the empty seats in Michigan and Iowa.
I would love nothing more than to see dems pour resources in to NH,MN,CO,NM,VA and OR.
That is 15 senate seats in play.
Takes 67 to impeach
Rounds in SD leans to the RINO side, and so does Capito in WV.
When is the primary?
August 5th.
They can only steal it if it is close.
