A veteran Washington D.C. investigative journalist says the Department of Homeland Security confiscated a stack of her confidential files during a raid of her home in August leading her to fear that a number of her sources inside the federal government have now been exposed.
In an interview with The Daily Caller, journalist Audrey Hudson revealed that the Department of Homeland Security and Maryland State Police were involved in a predawn raid of her Shady Side, Md. home on Aug. 6. Hudson is a former Washington Times reporter and current freelance reporter.
A search warrant obtained by TheDC indicates that the August raid allowed law enforcement to search for firearms inside her home.

“Americas gestapo at work. Americans have no protection from this communists empire.”
I think we have our answer! Yes, these guys will kill us if told to do so. Or maybe even if they aren’t.
Any particular reason she didn’t scream bloody murder the day after the raid and attempt to bring the oBamaMedia down on Obama like a ton of bricks? How about a lawsuit from the ACLU? (OK, everyone can stop laughing now.)
Also, seems fishy to wait until two months after the raid to start whining about it.
If he channeled his Chairman Mao enough then he probably raped the little girl in the photo.

BTW, I do hope that the tale of Beria suffocating Stalin with a pillow is true.
IF the search warrant was for firearms, how could the seize documents?

The Maryland State Police were looking for overcapacity magazines and for assault weapons that were recently banned there.
New Yorkers, this is coming your way with the SAFE act.
“Very scary. Lawsuit needs to be filed and taken to the Supreme Court. If they rule in favor of Homeland Security, America is lost unless citizens stand up.”
Even if you could get the USSC to rule against the government(which is highly unlikely) then it is still a mute point. There will be no penalty for the government, and not even any deterrent to prevent them from doing it again. There is no mechanism left to enforce such ruling. The system is that corrupt.
“all items or material in connection therewith”
I ain’t saying; Lest they decide that such a statement makes them come after me, in force.
I’d feel sad to have to shoot any LOCAL Police / Sheriff’s Deputies. I like nearly all of them.
Back it up a little folks. Were there any guns there? The chick never mentioned that. If they found guns that the genius guy wasn’t supposed to have the fuzz could have swept the house clean. If they didn’t find guns, the stated reason for the warrant, and they took anything else, then there is plenty of room to sue the skin off the butts of the mob. If the chick thinks she’s clean she ought to be screaming, lawyering, re-arming, and otherwise raising cain.
What will the capon media do about it? Nothing. Could you image if this were a Republican administration? The same garbage happened under Clinton and didn’t get reported.
Do you know whether or not any of them are Oathkeepers?
the sheer number of Clintons numerous transgressions now seem rather tiny in comparison to the exploits of The One dont they.....
were this ti have occured with W in the Whitehouse....this story would be run 24/7 for days at a time.
You don’t actually know that he was enroute to LAX.
moot point, not mute point.
Yep and that’s the problem here. Successful republics need informed publics. When they fail from within, what has happened is the people believe:
1. They can get something for nothing.
2. Their guy’s corruption is “good” and the other guy’s corruption is “bad”.
When I read about the ruin of the Roman republic - the sexual mores and deviancy, profligate spending, egoism of the elites and the idiocy of the hoi polloi - well, I am living the future’s history and it doesn’t look bright.
That said, I also feel that we’re on an inflection point. What can’t go on won’t. A lot of people who have lived the liberal lifestyle are miserable. If they can put two and two together, perhaps we can right the ship.
