A disgusting $3.7 Trillion was spent on welfare since Obama took office. And this obscene figure accounts only for free benefits paid out without any sort of contribution having been made by the recipient. It does not include Social Security or Medicare. Under Obamas reign of Socialism, the amount spent on welfare was almost 5 times greater than what was spent on transportation, education, and NASA, combined. And this figure doesnt include the $200 Billion spent on welfare by the states. According to a CATO study, the cash value of federal welfare benefits for one household can equal almost $50,000.
According to the Weekly Standard,
New research from the Republicans on the Senate Budget Committee shows that over the last 5 years, the U.S. has spent about $3.7 trillion on welfare. Heres a chart, showing that spending versus transportation, education, and NASA spending:
We have just concluded the 5th fiscal year since President Obama took office. During those five years, the federal government has spent a total $3.7 trillion on approximately 80 different means-tested poverty and welfare programs. The common feature of means-tested assistance programs is that they are graduated based on a persons income and, in contrast to programs like Social Security or Medicare, they are a free benefit and not paid into by the recipient, says the minority side of the Senate Budget Committee.
The enormous sum spent on means-tested assistance is nearly five times greater than the combined amount spent on NASA, education, and all federal transportation projects over that time. ($3.7 trillion is not even the entire amount spent on federal poverty support, as states contribute more than $200 billion each year to this federal nexusprimarily in the form of free low-income health care.)
Because the welfare budget is so fragmentedfood stamps are only one of 15 federal programs that provide food assistanceit makes effective oversight nearly impossible, at the same time disguising the scope of the budget from both taxpayers and lawmakers alike. For instance, it is easier for anti-reform lawmakers to oppose food stamp savings by obscuring the fact that a household receiving food stamps is often simultaneously eligible for a myriad of federal aid programs including free cash assistance, subsidized housing, free medical care, free child care, and home energy assistance.
a CATO study found that an average household in the District of Columbia currently receiving the six largest federal welfare benefits (Medicaid, TANF, SNAP, etc.) receives assistance with a converted cash value of $43,000. In Hawaii, its $49,000.
To Democrats, lifestyle is a human right. And theyre willing to destroy the true human rights of others to achieve it. Its immoral.
$3.7 trillion spent on Welfare and he still cannot import new recipients fast enough.
Daniel 8:12 And an host was given [him] against the daily [sacrifice] by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.

how much was spent on illegal invaders?
All I know is the poor have smartphones. I’ve even seen “homeless” people with smartphones. But I don’t have one. I don’t want to pay the monthly cost.
That $3.7 Trillion was not “spent”,
it was stolen from people who earned it and from future generations
to be given, primarily, to bureaucrats, fraudsters, the lazy, and people of the right “tribe” to be in current favor.
I don’t include the 10% of recipients who actually need it in this assessment.
Yo! Where do you sign up for that one?
We’re losing the most expensive war in history of the United States. People are embracing “poverty” because it is an easier way to make money. Sadly, there are not enough capital-producers to feed dollars to the welfare-users. We have a permanent welfare society, and we are in deep trouble.

Give the people bread (EBT cards) and a little entertainment (flat screen tv’s and Obama phones), and you can do whatever you want... remind anyone of the fall of Rome?
