The Redskins name debate just isn't going away.
A new political cartoon in the New York Daily News is raising eyebrows by comparing the Skins logo to a swastika and the confederate flag.
Next to it is written the caption "Archaic Symbols of Pride and Heritage."

“The Redskins name debate just isn’t going away.”
I think the NFL and sports media is hoping it won’t, any story but HGH testing and brain injuries, right?

Its an easy target—a symbol they can trash to impose their way—next they will say the Redsocks are racists, or the Cowboys! Like the Confederate Flag—its easy to spin it as racist, KKK, symbol (even if it wasn’t). They have to keep up the pressure to reform—keep the pot boiling. Its just their way.
They would try to change the name of the state, Oklahoma, if there was money in it. Oklahoma, by the way means, “red people.” These PC pimps are doing it for the money and know very well that red is also a name for them, as in “Red Commies.”
Just change the name to the Washington “Reds” and make Che Guevara the mascot. That should satisfy the critics.
Same goes for the Confederate Battle Flag. When I was a kid, growing up in 1970s Kentucky, my friends and I -- blacks and whites -- all had CBF stickers on our lunch boxes, patches on our jeans jackets, mini CBFs flying from the sissy bars on our bikes, etc. It was (and still is) a symbol of the South. Not a symbol of slavery or hate, but a symbol of Southern Pride.
It wasn't until Jesse Jacka** and Al Charlatan, et al, made it a racist symbol in the 80s and 90s, that it "became racist" (of course, it's not).
This flap over the Redskins name and flag is a perfect example of "first they came for the Jews, but I said nothing, because I was not a Jew." What's next? The Gadsden Flag? Your or my state flag? Old Glory? Either we stand together, or we hang separately, one by one.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
islame on the other hand still carries on the Nazi goals!
This is nothing but the PC form of bullying. This societal psychosis knows no limits.
Hmmm, they finally get a black quarterback.....maybe the people who want this change are.....RACIST!?!?! *Jarring chord*

I curse them
This is just another diversionary stunt to taken your attention away from the commie behind the curtain.
BTW, does the First Cow know that history cannot be changed? Revised and lied about, yes. But never changed.
she has all the charm of a rain soaked cigar..and half the brain power...
maybe obama promised her he’d change history...?
Chris Collinsworth weighs in on “Inside the NFL” admitting the historical tribute of the Redskins name. But he goes on to say he’s now preoccupied by the derogatory meaning of “red skins” — something he cannot get out of his mind.
Welcome to the cult of Political Correctness.
Absolutely true. The notion that Hitler was somehow right-wing (extreme or not) is a total myth the "Progressives" continually attempt to foist off on the low-information pukes.
The word "Nazi" comes from the German pronunciation of the first two syllables of the Party's official name: Die Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, the National Socialist German Workers' Party.
IOW, the Nazis were lefties, just like the commies, but they couldn't get along because the Krauts felt their German version of leftism was superior to the Rooskies' international socialist vision.
The lie that the Nazis were anything else, has been skillfully promoted by Leftist propagandists, to confuse a wide variety of issues & groups, ever since World War II. It needs to be laid to rest, once & for all.
