The Redskins name debate just isn't going away.

A new political cartoon in the New York Daily News is raising eyebrows by comparing the Skins logo to a swastika and the confederate flag.

Next to it is written the caption "Archaic Symbols of Pride and Heritage."

“Redskins” was OK for all these years. What happened to make these people suddenly “realize” it was racist? Could it be that they had no more witches to hunt? Could it be that they hate this country and themselves? Could it be that they are just looking for brownie points?

I believe the PC crowd is set on marginalizing the American Indian and keeping him out of public view. What better way than to remove all remembrance of him from the sports teams.

The commies tried to do this to VW about chosing the name Toureg because the Toureg tribe had slaves. VW said, “F*ck you.” and that was the end of it.

There is a very small minority of people in this country that wants to punish other people for their thoughts and beliefs. They normally claim we should all be broad minded
but they have narrow minds themselves when it comes to this PC stuff.

The real insult is comparing the Nazi flag to the Confederate battle flag. Hitler hated the confederacy and republics and said so in Mein Kampf¹. Like Marx he believed in centralized power and hated states rights.

Yes, although the Nazis were the furthest thing from Conservative leaders, other than the actual Communists.

Comparing the Nazis to the Confederates (that is the absolute monolithic totalitarians to the very individualistic Confederates, is itself a demonstration of the irrationality of the Left.)

The reality is that the Left seeks a Nazi like monolithic society, and the recognition of the American Indians--for that matter the recognition of any ethnicity--other than in connection with "victimization politics"--is offensive to those whose egalitarian fanaticism drives them into the insane pretense that all peoples are simply interchangeable.
