Authorities in Pennsylvania are to file criminal charges against three students involved in a brutal beating on a school bus on Wednesday - and the bus driver who did nothing to stop the attack and didn't allow the two victims to flee from the vehicle.
Police in Chester acted after they viewed video posted onto Facebook that shows one student on the Delaware County Alternative High School bus allegedly hitting 17-year-old Dylan Fonner in the face repeatedly.
The grainy video which shows Fonner's face being bloodied, lasts seven minutes and was posted on the Facebook page belonging to one of the alleged offenders and was tagged to the second alleged offender, both 16, as well as the 16-year-old girl they were with on the bus.
In addition to the beating on Fonner, the three alleged attackers also hit his friend CJ Buonadonna once and both he and Fonner claimed that after the attack, which the bus driver did not stop, all three retreated to the back and watched their video....

This may be the end of busing!
Who is going to want to take minimum wage job where they have to break up fights. Also what happens if they break it up and the combatants then sue them for excessive force?
I am not sure if this is a silver lining to a dark cloud or not
I've even adopted this quote as part of my lexicon in political discussions about the flaws of public education:
Every school bus is a short one.
The bus driver probably didn’t do anything because being blamed/disciplined/fired for inaction probably was a more attractive option to being sued for breaking up a fight. Now criminal charges are being filed against him and the students.
Not to be cruel, but Dylan Fonner’s hair makes him a natural target for bullying.
The words “school for children with behavioral issues” makes me wonder.
nope, i see this as an expansion point for tsa.
Narcisistic perps posting on FB are a cop’s best friend.
We called them Loser Cruisers,lol.
Not to make you feel old, but Dylan Fonner’s hair makes him stand out the way lime green and purple striped pants made late sixties kids stand out...it gets lost in a sea of conformist rebels all styled alike.
Thank the good Lord your kids were perfect in every way and didn’t need to worry about getting beat up on the bus - especially because of their haircut.

100% correct. Facebook and social net sites are a law enforcement dream
As for the attack in the video, all I can write is what do you expect? Most whites fled Chester long ago. It's a shame the few remaining can't find a way to get out.
If the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania needed an enema they’d put the tube in Philthadelphia and Chester is what would come out.
