For centuries, Britain did a decent job running their Caribbean islands. The two I saw on a cruise....Barbados and Grand Turk....are really messing things up with independence. If they want Britain, Holland and France to keep subsidizing them, maybe they should become colonies again.

Ah, thank you. Which court, I suspect, has no standing to levy anything but a recommendation.

It does become clear why the proggies are so intent on having the U.S. sign into this sort of program. It's a redistributionist's wet dream.

The first slaves that were brought to the New World were white. Politically correct history books call them "indentured servants" but in practice they were slaves. The white slaves were too ornery and didn't take to the subtropical clime of the Mid-Atlantic colonies so the docile and hardy African slave, bought from other Africans, became more popular.

Instead of reparations give them repatriation.

The British have already paid their dues dedicating whole squadrons of Royal Navy ships to suppress the slave trade from 1807 onwards. That was an expensive business, and far more meaningful in wiping out the stain of slavery from Britain’s soul than screwing over Britain’s long-suffering taxpayers, none of whome were alive at the time, to give money to people who not only never suffered from transatlantic slavery, but won’t even have known anyone who was.

They should sue Moslem Africa.

It was the African Moslems who started the African slave trade and are running it to this very day.

Oh, and would they rather be born under a British, Dutch, or French flag in the Caribbean, or in one of the African dystopias?

I can’t wait for Holder’s people to try this in the US. They will get a royal smackdown.

The Brits will make all kinds of nice PC noises but they won’t give them one red cent. The French are notoriously cheap basturds so nothing from them either. The Dutch get a maybe
