How many Americans are being smashed by these same sort of crushing financial blows because of Obamacare? Across North Carolina, thousands of people have been shocked in recent weeks to find out their health insurance plans will be canceled at the end of the year and premiums for comparable coverage could increase sharply. One of them is George Schwab of Charlotte, who pays $228 a month for his familys $10,000 deductible plan from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. In a Sept. 23 letter, Blue Cross notified him that his current plan doesnt meet benefit requirements outlined in the Affordable Care Act and suggested a comparable plan for $1,208 a month $980 more than he now pays. Im 62 and retired, Schwab said. This creates a tremendous financial burden for our family. The President told the American people numerous times that
If you like your coverage, you can keep it, Schwab said. How can we keep it if it has been eliminated? How can we keep it if the premium has been increased 430 percent in one year?

And if they thought that was something, just wait until they get their tax bill.
Mr. Schwab: Welcome to the collective comrade! Death to kulaks!
Okay now we will try the landline # 1-800-318-2596 listed above or 1-800-318-2596 = 1-800-FAU-CKYO.
How can “free” health care have premiums? This is surely all a big misunderstanding. Darn racists!
People who are shocked about any of the negative effects of 0bamaCare aren’t too bright.
Republicans should not let this crisis go to waste. Every horror story about Obamacare should be advertised by Republican Congressmen in their local radio, television and newspapers, and in those of Congressmen who support Obamacare. Saturate the low information people with horror stories and fear.
I’m on Rep Walter Jones R(NC) email mailing list and there are some actual horrific happenings to folks in NC, who have premium and deductible sticker shock. Obviously no names in the emails. He wants to know, by phone or emails etc, if/when other North Carolinians have the same concerns.
See that is exactly what I’d do if I had the money and the position. I’d also be holding press conferences to let these people air their grievances. There are so many things they can do to whip up this fire that is only going to grow.
It was a bait and switch, wasn’t it? We were told we could keep our plan if we like it....
The “logic” goes like this:
“Progressives” (like me) are smart.
Those who get elected are the smart of the smart.
The president, of course, being progressive is the smartest of the smart,
and he said that it was all going to be great, and said... will, didn’t say, but I heard... that it was going to be free for people like me,
so that’s why I assumed it would be free.
I just can’t understand why it’s not. So confused. This doesn’t match my expectations of the world at all...

That is good to hear. We need to not just let these people be silence by the media that wants to protect Obamacare and Democrats.
If you can PAY for it.....................
People who are shocked about any of the negative effects of 0bamaCare are Obamavoters...............
Certainly it was and everything that we were saying before it passed have come to pass. People are being given the choice of either paying extreme increases in premiums or going to Obamacare which is going to represent a premium increase also in most cases with the only exception being a very select few.
North Carolina has one insurer—it is one of the states that is now a single-payer system. So the insurance company is free to charge whatever it likes!
Hopefully ex Obama Democrat voters.
Yeah, nobody ever told them (or they ignored it) that logic is worthless if the premise is wrong. lol
Not likely. They will not leave the plantation willingly...............
