The chase around the traffic circle was reminiscent of an old Mack Sennett movie...all that was missing was Kops standing on the running boards....

I hate racial categorization of anybody. “white” is intended to mean Caucasian but not necessarily of European extraction. Because many people in Asian countries of Iran, Afghanistan, formerly soviet satellites such as Kazakhstan, province of Kashmir in India/Pakistan etc have lighter complexions than most Italians, Greeks, and Spaniards.

Me too. I once called cops on an erratic drive while on a business trip to Huntsville, AL. The guy was all over the road and literally hitting guard rails. Turns out the guy had diabetes and was going into shock.
