Brit hume has lived his entire life in Washington D.C. and/or New York City. His views are biased by his environment. The entire media establishment should move to the middle of America to learn what Americans think, feel, and experience everyday. I suggest Oklahoma City.

Someday, you need to discourse on how you would have felt about a debate such as the one revolving around Obamacare in your hippie days. I’m assuming you were less interested in politics and might not have even known what the law was generally about.
We need some insight into how low-info and hippie types think. I don’t think we want to become as narrow an orthodoxy to “them” as the lefty elites are toward us. Or do we?
I’m a Christian. I believe all souls can be saved! What would a hippie make of it all? Is there a way to engage him?

Absolutely. His general religious beliefs not withstanding, I wouldn’t trust anything Brit Hume says or thinks any farther than I could throw a Grand Piano.

Green Eggs & Ham"...That's a low hanging curve ball for Cruz to knock out of the park. I like the analogy of the dictator trying to peddle his rotted food plan to the gullible proletariat and parasites.

If Obama gutted Medicare by 750 billion dollars, what is his long term intention for Medicare?
My assessment was that he needed to make the numbers look better. So, he claimed the 750 from Medicare -- from fraud and abuse, of course. He claimed individuals would continue to get their Medicare Advantage, etc.
That 750 billion was just a number pulled out of the air, with the intention that later Congresses would put money back into Medicare to keep it from going broke.
The whole obamacare is little more than Wimpy's I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a burger today funding. That is why Obama balks on delaying the individual mandates -- because obamacare needs that money to make the numbers look better. Recall that individuals are to pay in something like 2 years of premiums before they are even covered.
Obamacare is less about health and more about regulations.

"Listening to Kevin McCarthy being interviewed by Chris Wallace, I now realize that the Democrat half of the conversation is Chris Wallace."True, but listening to McCarthy wipe the floor with Wallace makes you also realize how vapid the democrat position really is.

We need some insight into how low-info and hippie types think. They're communists, not "anarchists"...and always have been. They don't think, they just believe.
Im a Christian. I believe all souls can be saved! What would a hippie make of it all? Is there a way to engage him?
No, they are amoral athiests, diametrically opposed to the tenets of Christianity. They hate you and love the moslems.
I dont think we want to become as narrow an orthodoxy to them as the lefty elites are toward us. Or do we?
Yes, I want to see them defeated, scared to death of us, and afraid to show their faces to the enlightened American public.

Which is why Obama does not have to defend it. He just says he will not compromise and never has to say another word to explain why he gives exemptions to his friends and forces it down the rest of our throats.

"Calculus seems to be the latest buzzword. Who knew so many of they chuckleheads were math majors?"The chucklehead who started it was Barry O. Here's a definition: "concretion occurring accidentally in the animal body, such as dental plaque." Seems like an appropriate description.
