Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, is already reaping benefits from his 21-hour stand against President Barack Obama's new health care law, as a new poll shows him leading the way for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination.
Cruz garnered 20 percent support compared to 17 percent for Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., 14 percent for New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, 11 percent for former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and 10 percent each for Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., according to a survey by Public Policy Polling released Friday. Cruz improved 8 percent from a similar poll in July.
In my opinion, Hitler would have surrounded himself with the likes of these traitors, ya think?
He's an evil idiot. I can guarantee you that he thinks he is smarter than Ted.
We can use this...
I believe the operative word now is “McConnelCare.”
Since Mitch-puss ensured it will be funded, he owns it.

Another hero is Trey Gowdy!!!
But Jeb Bush is the nominee.
I was just talking this over with the wife. I was explaining the parliamentary shenanigans. She said, "You know, those Republicans are worse than the Democrats. At least the Democrats think they're doing the right thing. The Republicans know they're doing the wrong thing, but do it anyway."
McConnell is busy looking for his missing gonads. Juan McLame has the same disability, ya think?
Watch out for the long knives of the McStain GOP. They'll never allow him to become the nominee. The very same people who are constantly invoking Reagan today did what they're now doing back in the 70s and 80s.
I think we've finally hit the wall with the RINO collaborators.
As far as I'm concerned, it's now Ted's to lose.
0bama is loving this, he desperately needs some GOP collaborators to grab the tarbaby of 0bamacare. This way when it’s the train wreck we know it will be, the Dems can say it was “bi-partisan”. The GOP it seems is happy to remain a minority party.
It took a giant like Reagan to overcome them and, thanks be to God, it looks like we have another one.
These RINOs are arrogant, self-serving, egotistical human debris. Now, we have an issue to energize the base to start our campaigns now to get these traitors out in 2014 and 2016. Every effort needs to be made to organize, find conservative candidates, and get them in office.
There is a leadership vacuum and Cruz is filling it.
It’s going way too far to say the Dims think they’re doing the right thing. You’d have to assume they aren’t skimming a fortune off of our tax dollars through sweetheart deals for their friends, relatives and assorted cronies. But we’ve seen that they are.
I will NOT vote for any of them, even if Obama runs for a 3rd term.
I addressed that point with her ;-)
Senator Cruz has my vote if he ever runs for the POTUS ... but you just know the establishment GOP is going to deny him funding and moral support ... and then K. Rove and his cronies will get all their media lackeys to vilify him or else dig up some obscure fault he committed when he was 16, thus guaranteeing we get stuck with another RINO establishment loser from the “uniparty” of Republocrats
I hope rove poops his pants
As soon as McCain and the MSM started attacking him my opinion of him improved.
