cBS just showed a poll that asked the question; “do you think the republicans are trying to work with democrats?” They claim 70% said no and then they offered that Mr. Cruz is part and parcel of that sentiment.
There are the two we need on the next ticket... Paul and Cruz. That’s a dynamic duo.
Cruz has done exactly that for 17 hours!

I welcome anyone interested in supporting liberty. If Harry Reid wants to come support this, I would welcome him. If you only want help from people who agree with you on everything, you will never accomplish anything. I think conservatives in general need to learn to accept help where ever it comes from and quit requiring "purity" of position to support someone. If you agree with an individual on everything, you aren't thinking for yourself.
The point that absolutely infuriates me is the issue of Congress protecting themselves and their staffs from OdingoCare. The more I think about it, the angrier I get. There is nothing that smacks of “master/slave” more than that, their attitude that they can control and order US what to have (or not) for healthcare, but they keep whatever they want.
I know Cruz has repeated that often. I don’t know why the GOP hasn’t been screaming it from the rooftops. Ooops, yes I do — because the GOP also thinks they’re the “master”!
I think Odinga has done quite well for his agenda, using that formula, wouldn't you agree?

Good to see Rand Paul back. The che Cspan caption says Harry Reid says he “won’t accept” any CR that defunds or delays Obamacare. I’d like to know who died and named Harry Reid God. I hope the House flips Harry Reid the bird if they send this back to them totally gutted. They do have to send this back to the House, don’t they? The R’s were talking about making the vote quickly to give the House more time to respond so I’m understanding that it will be sent back to the House. If so, I hope the House takes ONE MINUTE to take out the Senate amendment and send it right back to the Senate. If Harry Reid wants to play chicken this can go on forever. Nobody died and named him God, and I would give a mighty, mighty cheer if somebody told him that.
In fact, if I could tweet I would say, “Ted, tell the US Senate that nobody died and made Harry Reid God.”
I hope there is a transcript of everything, it’s been really good by all speakers.
