Two Republican House lawmakers asked the Labor Department to provide "all legal analyses" it has done on a proposed Obamacare "fix" sought by Big Labor.
The lawmakers think the administration is secretly working on a such a fix but trying to keep it hidden from the public.
In a letter Wednesday to Labor Secretary Thomas Perez, House Education and the Workforce Committee Chairman John Kline, R-Minn., and Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tenn., said their request was prompted by the mysterious disappearance of a posting on the Office of Management and Budget's website saying it had received DOL's proposed rule on the issue.
[T]he Office of Management and Budget's regulatory review website said Aug. 24, 2013, that it received the DOL proposal, "Health Insurance Premium Assistance Trust Supporting the Purchase of Certain Individual Health Insurance Policies Exclusion from Definition of Employee Welfare Benefit Plan" (RIN 1210-AB57). This proposed rule was then removed from OMB's website. Repeated attempts by Education and the Workforce Committee staff to obtain information about the proposed rule were rebuffed by DOL.

I suspect as much.
Of possible interest..!
This (if true) is not even remotely surprising. I told my wife while watching the news when it was first stated that Zero was not going to help his union thug supporters that there was going to be a fix bypassing congress in the coming weeks.
Also that thug Trumka has said next to nothing since it was announced the unions got nothing. The fix is in.
Indeed.
Why don't they just skip all the drama and ask them to provide blank pages...
Because that's about the same thing they will get...from this lawless administration...
Why don’t they just say it!? Obamacare is for Whitey with a bank account!
Of COURSE they will EXEMPT their Union Thug Buddies...it’s where MOST of the DEMS DONATIONS come from...THUGS taking from THUGS and giving to THUGS.
The law is written in such a way that Sebelius can change whatever she wants. There need be no secret deal. Just an edict from the dictatorship.
Thanks for the link.
“And as the republican Candidate for President, I vow on my scared honor to hunt down every Federal Employee that violated civil rights and the Constitution. We will bring to jusitce those that covered and lied to protect obama and his administration and they will face this justice... and that includes obama himself”
Landslide if only.
On September 21
1792 The French National Convention voted to abolish the monarchy.
How do we do that here?
I’m already feeling the pinch of Obamacare. I just got the book on changes to my Medigap policy for next year. All co-pays are up. Services are curtailed. Many services are not allowed at all from “out of network” providers. Many services are not provided in certain counties and in certain areas of the country at all.
I’ll have to do some comparison and analysis to see if there is a better deal out there, but I suspect not.
Make an appointment with your state rep and senator, regardless of party. Tell them they are the last hope to save what remains of our republic. Tell them you are organizing with like minded patriots to push for an Article V state amendment convention to restore federalism and our liberties.
We already have secret courts (FISA), secret laws/regulations (no fly list, FISA mandates). Why not secret financial gifts?
Action Required By all Americans....Sign & Endorse the Lee/Cruz Defund Obamacare Petition!!! NOW, TODAY!!!

Yeah, sure. My representatives:
Sen. Dick Durbin
Congressman and Former Black Panther leader, Bobby Rush.
In my opinion, one of our biggest failings as conservatives is low numbers contacting our democrat representatives and senators.
Mine are Levin and Stabenow.
Sen. Dick Durbin
Uh, well yeah, your state senator is not Dickie Durbin.
We've got to get out of the mindset that solutions will come from Wash, DC. Focus on our states, including Illinois.
