How do these stories get out?
If some reporter goes over the names of all arrests, I guess that’s OK.
If the cops are announcing, “Hey, we just busted a (sort of) celebrity - ruin their life!” I got a big problem.

One news source stated she slugged a female police officer who had gotten in between her and her roommate. Not a smart thing to do. The argument was over Biden not paying her share of the rent. Caroline should have asked Uncle Joe if she could live with him in one of his out buildings, but then again Uncle Joe would have probably charged her the same rent he charged the Secret Service guys.

“In 2009, Amtrak spokeswoman Karina Romero said Amtrak police briefly detained her. Romero says Caroline Biden was questioned because of a “misunderstanding over a train fare.” Romero declined to be specific, but said Biden wasn’t arrested or charged in that incident.”
Back in 2009 she said “do you know who my uncle is?” and they released her. Now in 2013 she says “do you know who my uncle is?” and they arrest her. (this is of course just what I imagine happened)
