MOSCOW — A Russian warship carrying “special cargo” will be dispatched toward Syria,

Nuclear weapons.

________

No way, unless Putin puts boots on the ground to jeep them secure from the crazy Muzzies.

Russia has its only Mediterranean port in Syria.

This is big.

Obama says that he told Putin that he “doesn’t expect” them to agree on Syria, though he thinks that Putin’s position on Syria evidence is less tenable in light of the recent reports on the chemical weapons attack. Obama emphasizes that even if the U.S., Russia, and other parties of the conflict don’t agree, it’s still important to work together to stem the humanitarian and geopolitical crisis.

Yes way. "Special cargo" is an utterly unveiled reference to nuclear weaponry, and Russia has a LOT of boots on the ground in Syria right this moment. It is their only warm-water port, and anecdotal reports are the Russians are manning Syrian missile defense posts -- the weapons are of Russian design, as well.

This is no joke bro.

Putin is impervious to Obama’s chief weapon: White liberal guilt.

Even if you are accurate, it still would result in a full-on nuclear war in about 2 days.

Unfortunately, I don’t see our ever arrogant Il Duce 2.0 ever doing that.

And so, unless Congress steps up and Impeaches the traitorous bastard, (no cussing, just fact), we all will be scrapping the @#^* off of our shoes.

Dear Lord, guide our course.

Joint Chiefs: "Mr President, what are the rules on engagement if the Russians respond militarily to a missile launch?"

Actually, this seems eerily similar to your “What I saw at the Coup” piece.

This is looking more and more exactly like the beginning of the novel 'Alas, Babylon!'.................

I’m thinking more along the lines of a nuclear tipped torpedo, to use against a carrier.

Trav, the only fault I can find with your storytelling so far is you didn’t write a book about a global holocaust of nuclear fire.

Most likely ship killer sunburn super sonic missiles. We have no defense against them!

The ship with the “special cargo” is the Russian version of an LST.

So doubtful that the special cargo is nukes.

More likely additional ballistic missiles and/or air defense stuff that is mobile and can be RO/ROd onto and off the ship.
