The ship with the “special cargo” is the Russian version of an LST.

So doubtful that the special cargo is nukes.

More likely additional ballistic missiles and/or air defense stuff that is mobile and can be RO/ROd onto and off the ship.

Thanks for that info. Good stuff. No way for them to include a nuke-tipped torpedo or five in that craft? Genuine question here.
