Rep. Alan Grayson, D-Fla., who is aggressively lobbying against a military strike on Syria, says the Obama administration has manipulated intelligence to push its case for U.S. involvement in the country's two-year civil war.
Grayson made the accusation in an interview published Wednesday by The Atlantic and offered more detail in a Thursday discussion with U.S. News. He says members of Congress are being given intelligence briefings without any evidence to support administration claims that Syrian leader Bashar Assad ordered the use of chemical weapons.

He points to an article published by The Daily Caller that alleges the communications actually showed Syrian officers were surprised by the alleged chemical weapon attack. The communications, according to unnamed sources paraphrased in article, were intercepted by Israeli intelligence and "doctored so that it leads a reader to just the opposite conclusion."
"What they say in The Daily Caller is that [intercepted communications] would lead one to the opposite conclusion," Grayson said. "I don't know if it's right or wrong, [but] there's a very simple way to find out, that's for the administration to show me and other members of Congress" translated transcripts of the intercepts, he said.

The way I read that, he’s saying Israeli intelligence intercepted the communications, but he’s not saying who doctored them. I took it as a subtle hint that Obama’s minions doctored them.
Couldn’t we say these are Saddam’s WMD’s being used and blame the whole thing on Bush?
It’s probably the closest he can get to saying (or even HINTING) that Bawreck and his toadies are lying their faces off to the public, without getting branded racist or otherwise losing his very well-established liberal credentials.
It would be par for the liberal course to blame Israel and easy as pie for him to do so, and he has to know he’d be backed up on such a claim. That he goes out of his way to say “I honestly don’t know (*cough*, *cough*) whodunnit” is very telling.
Nah. Grayson is a creepy librul-ass cracks and not to be believed.

This administration is heavily skewed towards chasing smoke and mirrors from the CIA and the State Dept.
They appear to have silenced the DOD, and entirely corrupted the NSA.
They are now a deeply entrenched domestic enemy, IMHO.
It took this nation a few short decades to get to this unbelievably sickening low point, but here we all stand, now.

Grayson like Jimmy Carter don’t deserve any credit for being coincidentally correct.
It is an effort to strengthen the jihadists.
Why would a guy named Hussein want to help Al Qaeda? Why would a guy named Hussein who gave weapons to Al Qaeda in Libya that were used to kill Americans in Benghazi want to do the same thing in Syria?
It won't make sense until you finally realize Hussein is working FOR THEM, not us.
Boehner’s brain is pickled by all the alcohol he consumes. Give him a drink and he’s putty in obama’s hands. What a poor excuse for a Speaker of the House he has turned out to be. He doesn’t want to humiliate zero, so he won’t even allow it to come up for a vote. Yet, he is humiliated every time he meets with zero and made the fool.
I hope he is replaced in 2014.
And when Vladimir Putin is the most sensible leader on the world stage, you know it’s crazy time.
