Immediately following his statement from the Rose Garden on Saturday, which President Barack Obama said he would delay a strike on Syria until seeking authorization from Congress, Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer took to Fox News to slam the president.
Krauthammer criticized Obama for the way he has handled the unfolding of events surrounding the crisis in Syria.
[T]he most astonishing thing is the lack of any urgency, Krauthammer said. As you say, Congress will be back in a week. He says, I can strike in a day or a week or a month, as if he is a judge handing down a sentence and the execution can be any time in the future. There is a war going on. Do you think everybody is going to hold their breath, hold their arms, step aside until Obama decides when he wants to go to Congress?

He’s a regular Lycurgus. Just ask.
IF .. the fix is in ... as some have suggested (myself included) .. and Syria is just a ruse to get away from Benghazi and IRS and LMNOP ... yeah ... they WILL hold their breath.
It will be interesting to see what happens to/with the golpher next week.
...going alone, Odungo has to accept the responsibility, something he has never ever done......as soon as Britain said no way, France start to unfold their white flag, the Aussie’s never accepted the reverse charges on the phone call, Odungo got tight in the shorts
Article: “But this looks as if you are a cynic, meaning if you are sitting Syria, Iran, Moscow, it looks like a president who boxed himself into a corner and is looking for a way out.
Well he did and he is.... China and Russia - Iran, North Korea - will now become quite aggressive in the world and we can not stop them. Obama completely bungled the approach on this.
Perhaps as equally astonishingly was when he referred to us as a “constitutional democracy”. He really is an astute Constitutional scholar. s/
‘Syria and President Obama’s managerial style’
From Syria to domestic concerns, President Obama has been avoiding decisions. He does not seem comfortable with the duties of the job. Furthermore, he came in without experience but has not grown in the job.

“As Rush keeps saying, Obama doesn’t want to appear to be making any decision that might stick to him and turn out badly. “
Which is exactly what an unqualified affirmative action “hire” would do. He isn’t used to have to make real decisions for which he will be held accountable. Just waiting for him to declare Syria to be “Bush’s Fault.”
If it is as bad as Obama and Kerry said then Obama should call the congress back, he is saying too much. If it will wait a month then it can wait a year. It is a quantitative matter now.
I think Kraut wants Obama to STFU.
I can strike in a day or a week or a month,
The pronoun, “we” would have been more fitting, but not to the Narcissist in chief
Nice to see Charles’ opinion of Obama swing from intellectual to doofus but much, much too late which puts Charles and those like him in the doofus column.

Sen. Rand Paul is hammering his fellow senators for keeping billions in financial aid flowing to Egypt’s military — even as Cairo’s security forces massacre anti-government activists.
[by “anti-government activists” is meant church-burning jihadists]
“He does not seem comfortable with the duties of the job.”

Oh, but he is quite comfortable in deciding where and when he will take his next multimillion dollar holiday and rounds of golf. I am sure he is past due for another 100 million buck junket. He is so overworked, don’tcha know?
Kraut is looking more and more unhinged himself. one day he says going into Syria could spark a more regional war..then he chastises Obama for not going in sooner! He is as bad as Obama...lol.same thing with McCain and Graham.
Kraut was on Fox this PM saying how we should attack Syria for the gas attack...when there is evidence that rebels were behind the attack, but an accident. One more Neocon war hawk.
The other night on the Factor I heard Krauthammer espouse a real hawkish position on Syria...and I was marvelling at what a good little warmonger he was.....and how he was in total accord with his buddy, BOR.
