I suspect one of the rebel factions did the gassing using Saddam's missing "Weapons of Mass" destruction, you know, the ones that were never found because they were spirited away to Syria and now are in the hands of either the government or rebels or both.
Without proof of who actually used them, an attack on Damascus is insanity.
