Where are the people of Missouri and their Governor on this nothing issue...as in most rodeos the Announcer speaks for the clowns...did the clown have a mike on in this instance? So, everyone is still keying on the clown for simply wearing a mask. It was the announcer who really sparked the issue by his asking the crowd if they wanted to see him run down by a bull, as I recall the first reports of this were fans upset over the announcer’s comments, not the clown himself.
