14-year-old Sammy was shot in the back while running back to his father, Randy.

Weaver’s wife was shot in the head by a sniper while standing at the door holding their 10-month old baby.

Ruby Ridge was the clue to where Federal law enforcement was going.

You are right. This atrocity should never be forgotten.

I think that had it not been for the bad publicity garnered by the Janet Reno directed slaughter at Waco, we would have seen more such outrages, thereafter. We should also remember the disgusting performance by now Senator Chuck Schumer, in trying to justify the Waco slaughter in the House Committee investigation that followed. The enemy of liberty is not at the gates, any more!

The unpunished atrocities of Waco and Ruby Ridge were the turning point for this country.

What would this America look like today had the government showed the people they would hold their own accountable for crimes committed under the color of authority.

That was under the Clinton DOJ. Somehow, these faggot, commie, tyrant progressives have an inarguable and indefensible sense of entitlement which, when elected to serve the public, causes them to morph that solemn obligation into a license to become wanton despots and brazen dictators.

I guess when you start from a demneted position of social lunacy, all you need to add is a bit of power to come up with a total megalomaniac. Helps to explain why so many pathalogical liars, sociopathic schemers, and ignorant bigots don the sheep's cloak of "Progressive" to mask their devolutionary proclivities.

An act of pure evil can be sold to an unsuspecting, naive group with the promise of "change," if the seller happens to have no conscience, sense of honor, or moral compass. And if you ask your garden variety Progressive, all of those things are old, outdated vestiges of an era long passed.

We will not be free of their stranglehold on our society until we again commit ourselves to the eternal wisdom of our prayerful, Godly Founding Fathers, and again submit ourselves to the absolute rule and guiding Hand of our one true and loving God.

Once He is restored to His rightful place in our lives, and our Nation, then we will be restored to our former place in His care.

Unless and until that occurs, we will continue to rot from the inside out.

Let's not forget the despicable origin of this slaughter.

Weaver had briefly stayed with some white supremacists, and left in disgust. The Feds (I think it was the BATF) wanted information on them, could not infiltrate them, so they chased Weaver down and ‘asked’ him to go back and be a snitch for them. Weaver nixed this. He just wanted to be left in peace on his land.

So the Feds moved an undercover agent in next door and had him be friendly towards Weaver. After a while, the guy asked Weaver to sell him a shotgun. Weaver agreed. The guy asked him to cut the barrel short. Weaver said he would not cut it shorter than the legal limit.

Weaver measured 16 inches and cut the barrel.

The Feds decided that the cut was ONE SAWBLADE WIDTH TOO SHORT, and that he had manufactured and sold an illegal sawed off shotgun. They told him they would drop the charges if he would go spy on the white supremacists.

Weaver, livid with rage over the setup and entrapment and extortion, told them to f*** themselves.

They indicted him and took him to court; the court clerk made a ‘clerical error’ sent him a notice to show up on 13 March, while everyone else got the notice to show up on 13 February. A Bench Warrant was issued when he didn't appear. Weaver decided the fix was in, that the court system was as corrupt as the Federal Agents, and told them all to f*** themselves.

The Marshalls were told to pick him up, but were so embarrassed about how it all happened that they just ignored the warrant. Eight months later a local newspaper printed a story about how the Marshals were ignoring their duty. A new manager came in and decided they couldn't ignore the warrant forever.

The story told in the article is light on details, but essentially correct from that point on.
