Racism may be a quality innate to humanity, with ostensibly smarter people simply hiding their racism better than others.
A new study shows that white Americans with greater socioeconomic status — often perceived to be associated with greater intelligence and sophistication — espouse more egalitarian ideals compared to their lower echelon counterparts. But those Americans are just as likely to support the preservation of social and economic privilege, by rejecting fair housing and other policies relating to racial integration.
Wodtke, a sociology doctoral candidate, analyzed data on racial attitudes from more than 20,000 white Americans participating in the nationally representative General Social Survey. The average study participant was calculated to be a 47-year-old white person who completed 12.9 years of education, answering six of 10 cognitive ability test questions correctly.

"More intelligent members of the dominant group are just better at legitimizing and protecting their privileged position than less intelligent members," Wodtke said. "In modern America, where blacks are mobilized to challenge racial inequality, this means that intelligent whites say — and may in fact truly believe — all the right things about racial equality in principle, but they just don't actually do anything that would eliminate the privileges to which they have become accustomed.

You have to be born into and come to the realization that there insane black liberal Marxists who really believe the world’s poblems can all be solved by eradicating the evil white devils. You know the ones that created organized civilizations, built great cities, createdcapitalism which creates jobs so that people can have homes and raise families, invented the vast majority of technological advancements like electricity, telephones, TV, medical cures, etc...things like that. And aren’t living in huts with no runing water or electricity and have tyrants running around with beret capped gunned thugs that steal all the aid sent to them from America, hoarding it while their population dies.
He is part and parcel of the INSTITUTIONALIZED WHITE GUILT COMPLEX which is directly responsible for much of the black race hatred of whites and the thousands of violent interracial attacks,hate rapes and murders against whites every year.

Racism exists. Compared to the inequalities of socialist redistribution, it is a drop in the bucket.
Actually I don't think he means advocating and doing something about racism. He is saying that is not enough. Like a modern day Jesus, he is telling the white man to go and sell all he has and give it to the poor. We're being told to not to just give up our privileges, but to surrender them.
That ain't gonna happen.......

While few people are now openly persecuting colored people, there is still a difference in treatment in many situations. They are small things but it's constant. I'm somewhat unique in that when I tan, I look almost mulatto. But when I don't, I'm lilly white. I try to keep my tan low to take advantage of my privilege.
Just a few examples from the past week. It absolutely still does exist:
-I can freely walk around resorts where I am not a guest. Use their beach, pool, etc. The colored people walking in next to me get carded like clockwork while I get waved through with a smile.
-You’re waiting for a taxi after a long day next to a colored person. All things equal, who do you think will get picked up first?
-You’re walking out of a store and a sensor beeps at the same time you walk out near a colored person. Who do you think will be waved through and who will be searched?
-It’s far easier to get away with certain infractions when white. I'm not going to go into detail here.
I abhor the way many black people behave in this country but white privilege does exist on some level. For whatever reason, whites are statistically more likely to have money, less likely to be violent and less likely to break rules. I openly take advantage of that perception of us. .
Q: How can you tell whether a person is racist or not?
A: They’re white.
Among the lower echelons who actually have contact with blacks and hispanics, I see a real ability to distinguish between the good and the bad. The prevailing attitude I encounter is that blacks and hispanics are accepted to work, shop, and live here...just don't bring their old neighborhoods with them.
The elite haven't been in a situation where they have to make that distinction.
So just what is 'all the right things'?

If whites would just act black then things would equal out.
Don’t get up and go to work so you too can be fired.
Speak ghetto and call your prospective boss “cracka” so you don’t get hired.
Wear your pants half way down your butt so you can’t work because you have to use one hand to hold your pants up.
Tell your boss if you break out in a sweat “dat be slabery”.
Steal from the company because it’s owed to you.
Sleep on the job because “you be tired”.
Make claims of “racism” against anyone you don’t like.
Yes if whites would be more like blacks things would quickly equal out.

Very well and succinctly said. Also, the attempts of liberal social engineers to force redistribution breeds resentment and contributes to racial divisiveness.
It is not racist to be successful and to want to retain the fruits of your labor. The supposition that inequality of outcome in life is due to ‘privilege’ is inherently wrong, and denigrates the efforts of individuals to advance in their lives and self-determine based on their own efforts. It’s right along the same lines as “You didn’t build that”. It’s really just plain old Marxist claptrap.
When not on business, I typically dress waaay down and have
seen better dressed black people discriminated right next to me.
Again, I have personally experienced it during my dark days. One time I was waiting outside and someone assumed I was an illegal laborer looking for work. Things like that never happen when I'm white. I was the same person with the same clothes.
Leftists are racist. And not very smart.
Young black men: 3% of the population. 50% of the murders.
