The GOP is utterly gone in CA and has no power. So these bills will pass. The only question is will the Fed Ct declare them unconstitutional (as it should). Here’s hoping.

I made the mistake of Registering my AK-47 "Assault Rifle" when they implemented the Statewide Ban. I later sold it so I wouldn't be on the "List". Now my CA legal AR-15 is the Target. Years ago (1982)Cali tried to ban handguns with Prop 15. The voters rejected it. Since then, they have been trying all ways possible to get around the will of the people.
When Cali first proposed a assault rifle law, they included in the “to be banned” list many common lever action rifles like the pistol caliber Winchester and Marlin 1894. Neal Knox exposed this at that time.
