America's Top Military Chief to Visit Israel Next Week

The top US military officer is scheduled to arrive in Israel and Jordan next week, in a visit which will focus in part on Iran and the war in Syria, the US military said Wednesday.

General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will meet in Israel with his counterpart, IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz, to discuss advances in Iran's nuclear program, which Israel regards as an existential threat, given the Islamic regime's declared ambition of destroying the Jewish State, and continued support for anti-Israel terrorist groups.

"In Israel, the chairman expects to discuss the United States' unwavering commitment to Israel's security, including potential threats from Iran, the ongoing civil war in Syria, and uncertainty in the Sinai," his office said in a statement.

While in Jordan, he plans to visit US troops and get a better feel for how the conflict in Syria is affecting Jordan and the region, it said.

And not to mention that all the countries listed in the Bible as going down into the pit when the Messiah comes back are now Islamic .

I don’t know how anyone can call themselves part of Christendom and give lip service to the Islamics. Do they not realize that it is God’s plan for Israel to survive ?
These shenanigans they are playing are going to come back and bite them in the tush ... if you are on the wrong side of God’s will you are lining up against HIM .

Replacement theology is a lie out of the pit of hell and goes against what is written in the scriptures . This is what happens when people pick and choose scripture out of context and IGNORE everything else . It’s no wonder so many of them are even so confused that they now insist that allah is the same as the God of Abraham , Issac and Jacob .

Reading other people’s comments here, I get the impression this guy isn’t the best of men for the position.

For the record, I don’t know him.

My comment was going to be that I am less and less impressed with the military brass we see these days.

That is quite disturbing. In the past you could listen to these guys, realize they were no-nonsense people, and know the military was in good hands.

These days, I am having some serious issues with whether our military is sound or not.

When the chips are down, are they defending the military’s needs or are they accepting the CIC’s disgusting minimalistic plans without some reasoned push-back.
