n a rare diplomatic snub, President Obama is canceling plans to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow next month.
The decision reflects both U.S. anger over Russia's harboring of National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden and growing frustration within the Obama administration over what it sees as Moscow's stubbornness on other key issues, including missile defense and human rights.
Obama will still attend the Group of 20 economic summit in St. Petersburg, Russia, but a top White House official said the president had no plans to hold one-on-one talks with Putin while there. Instead of visiting Putin in Moscow, the president will add a stop in Sweden to his early September travel itinerary.

Obama was somewhat miffed about Russia’s granting political asylum to Snowden, but I’m betting the REAL reason is the new Russian laws against exposing children to homoerotic propaganda. THAT got Little Boy Zer0 into a foot-stomping snit.

Wow. The Bamster thought Putin would appreciate all that new ‘flexibility’ after Bammy cheated his way back into the White Hut. Bammy must be in shock over the treatment from who he thought would be his new BFF.

A meaningless move by a ‘little man’... an action that looks like a temper tantrum by a two year old because somebody took his Binky away. Putin diminishes Obama personally, politically, and by his mere presence.

Speaking of human rights, where did my Fourth Amandment go?
Oh yeah. It’s seeking asylum in Moscow.

Putin should invite Snowden to go whale hunting with him. (Obama could be back to chain-smoking in public before this is over!) Putin won't do anything immediately, of course -- but the next few days could be fun to watch!

Oooooo....bet Putin cries over this. I’m sure getting an audience with The One is his life’s shining moment.
Probably saying “awesome, dodged that one “

Putin does not care.
I loved Putin’s response when Obama invited him to Camp David - “I’m too busy.”
Keep tryin’ Barry!

You talk with terrorists and iranian mullahs but no time for a White Christian leader... huh obama? Yeah we know Putin is ruthless but he isn’t a muslim and he doesn’t want to kill all Americans like your islamic brethren do.

The media so much wants us to view this in old USSR cold war terms and rah rah USA dirty ruskies mindsets, but the truth is that Putin has been claiming the high moral ground lately with his anti pedophile statements and his expressed concern against the islamic pogroms murdering Christians.

Nice work, but WADR, a better pick of Obie against Putin's martial arts take down would be Obie's little fairy dance while watching a martial arts take down. This one?
