First criminal charges filed in Benghazi attack

Federal prosecutors have filed the first charges in the Benghazi terror attack against Ahmed Khattalah, the leader of a Libyan militia believed to be responsible for the Sept. 11, 2012, consulate attack that killed four Americans.
The charges are under seal, CNN first reported.

The criminal charge (Read: High Crimes and Misdemeanors) should be drafted against the POTUS for Dereliction of Duty in that he failed to make any decision as Commander in Chief that resulted in the death of four American citizens.

A failure to act when there was a duty to do so, resulting in the deaths of the plaintiffs’ relatives. Criminal negligence. Wrongful death.
But it’s the same old problem: this administration isn’t responsible for anything, but they are quick to take credit for nothing.
