[history]
NBC 5 Investigates has learned the accused Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Hasan receives extraordinary treatment in jail while victims of the attack argue they have been forgotten and mistreated by the U.S. Army.
While a prisoner awaiting trial, Hasan is ferried by helicopter nearly every day, complete with an additional helicopter escort and security detail, for the 20-mile journey between the Bell County Jail and Fort Hood, courtesy of the United States Army and American taxpayers.
The Army told NBC 5 Investigates the daily helicopter rides are necessary because the jail does not have the proper facilities for Hasan to work on his legal defense and transporting Hasan by car creates additional security concerns. Fort Hood does not have its own jail, so Hasan is being held at the Bell County Jail under a special Army contract.

My thought was a pine box, lined with unwashed pig hide.
Just the thought of that should make his day.
Of course it will have no effect on his ultimate end. And end he shall. It may not be while Obozo is in power, but he will expire.

“The privilege isn’t citizenship”
Didn’t he denounce and renounce his citizenship in the last couple of days?

“I’d think slab-wood and sheetrock screws should be sufficient.”
No! Cremate him and spread his ashes. Cremation is against the muzzie “religion.” A nice pig farm in Indiana would be a good place to spread his ashes. Send a message, eh?

Didnt he denounce and renounce his citizenship in the last couple of days? That's what I read, and was referring to.

We can not make a comment or respond to this out of the respect for Gen. Hasans legal process.

I'd think slab-wood and sheetrock screws should be sufficient. Either that or a cardboard water heater box. Hang him in his wheelchair using a seat belt, then bury him sitting in the chair with a rotten pig on his lap in an old china moving barrel.

Some new you read can make you mad. Other articles can make a person so angry they could spit nails. This has turned into a political circus. The man is under the jurisdiction of the articles of the UCMJ.
The civilian side of this at the Pentagon and on up is obviously stalling. What for? A conviction just in time for November 2014 or at this rate 2016 elections. His Court Martial should have been held within a year and the act considered terrorism. Watch and see the next move will be filing suit over delayed justice.
This delaying of justice is destroying the faith and confidence of servicemebers in their leadership, the UCMJ, and for some I'd say this nation. The ones who were shot deserve to see justice. The families of ones killed deserve to see justice and closure. What is left to investigate?

I am good friends with 2 people who were there that day doing triage on victims and their heads are spinning so much on this they can’t see straight. They so much want to stand up and fight for the country they love but have become fearful of their careers, rank, and security of speaking out and up.
Total crap.

I do doubt same of some others involved in the legal process though. This has taken way too long to come to trial. It's as if the entire purpose is to delay until it can not be successfully prosecuted or worse a civil rights suit is filed to end such.
