The first thing that jumped out at me, who in the hell gets pulled over for throwing cigarettes out the window, on the interstate? The female cop asked for it to be videoed. Didn't seem to be worried at all that she might be doing something unethical. Something don't add up here.

Texas will stop you for throwing a cig out the window on the highway if they see it, especially during fire season.
That “Don’t Mess With Texas” is actually an anti-litter campaign.

That was very graffic indeed. But a bit too graphic for my tastes.

We are in a horrid drought here in Texas right now. Throwing a cigarette out of the window of a car could conceivably cause a prairie fire that could have horrible consequences.

Seems like here in Texas the DPS has been seriously downgraded by poor hiring. These new patrolmen are nothing like the DPS Officers we used to have. Same can be said for local and county. Get a funky haircut and you are god to go.

Female cop looked like a dyke from Austin we use to see walking down 6th street looking for some action.

Seems to me, the crime of sexual assault is much worse than the crimes of which the drivers were suspected.

I don’t have much pity for smokers that toss butts out of their cars. That’s littering for one and a fire hazard for another.

The first thing that jumped out at me, who in the hell gets pulled over for throwing cigarettes out the window, on the interstate? If I was a cop, I'd ticket everyone I ever saw do this. The world isn't your damn ashtray; throwing butts out your window is disgusting, trashy behavior. So I think a ticket is well warranted. Sexual assault is a different matter though. Now excuse me, I have to make a ffone call.

Regardless of how one feels about marijuana or drug use in general, it seems to me to be totally ludicrous that police officers should have the right to do full body cavity searches on the side of a public road on people who are suspected of having marijuana in their possession. And so what if their search did turn up a marijuana cigarette or two. Do we really need to be filling up our prisons over such nonsense as this?
As for throwing cigarettes out the window, yes, definitely issue a citation for that. I hate it when people litter too. But no way did that traffic stop warrant a search like that.

I believe the cops involved with this were fired and are being sued.

What strikes me in this thread is the casual chit-chat and light-hearted repartee about "littering", "cousins", "two f's" in "graphic", etc. when what we see in the video is a hideous violation of rights, a total debasement and humiliation of women out in public view...... medical procedures without permission, the ranger without medical license, experience or taking sterile precautions...the male ranger not defending or protecting these upset and powerless women against both anal and vaginal penetration.....a nightmare to view this video of a purposeful sexual totalitarian outrage in this supposedly-Constitutional republic in the middle of a public highway with passenger cars passing only a few yards away....
There should be OUTRAGE on this thread....by women and men alike!
How can ANY free American view this video and not be affronted, shocked and infuriated !!!

Once an idiot threw a cigarette out his window, it landed in the hood of my car, and the vents began blowing stinky smoke into my car!

I’m amazed at all the cross contamination, anal, shoulder, coat, vagina, and then the other one, all while wearing the same gloves.

"Two Texas state troopers indicted for roles in roadside body cavity search of two women Trooper Kelley Helleson, who was later fired after the Texas Department of Public Safety investigated, was charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of official oppression. Trooper David Farrell was charged with theft after the women said their prescription went missing following last summers incident. The women, Ashley Dobbs, 24, and her aunt Angel Dobbs, 38, filed a suit last year saying they were traumatized by the search.

Funny story... a coworker had taken up smoking cigars when he was diagnosed with throat polyps (he was hopelessly addicted to liquor, tobacco, and other illicit substances).
One night he was driving down the road in his F-250 worktruck with a Reading truck body and tossed a cigar butt out the window, oblivious to the fact that a NJ State trooper was right behind him. The cigar literally bounced off the trooper’s windshield. The lights went right on and he got pulled over... my coworker was technically drunk... but as a “functioning alcoholic”, having half a fifth of whiskey in him was about the equivalent of having a Grape Nehi.
He didn’t get a DUI, but did get a summons for “Throwing a hazardous object from a moving vehicle”.
The take-away quotable quote from the Trooper was when he initially walked up to the window and said, “What’s the matter? Doesn’t that Big Red Jalopy have an ashtray?”
To this day, we still call that truck “The Red Jalopy”.

The cousins say the trooper who performed the search used the same pair of gloves on both women. The cousins are now suing the Department of Public Safety. The Department of Public Safety; spreading diseases that the people haven't gotten around to spreading on their own.
