Pure drivel.

EVERY effort to combat this unconscionable travesty is worth it.

Once its in place it will join other brilliant ideas like the 16th and 17th amendments and social security zombies stumbling along in perpetuity.

Blah, blah, blah

Nothingness

Roberts allowed whatever to deter him. Same with Boehner also...

Anyone who wants to fix problems for real will be deeply and vastly criticized by all especially the do nothing rinos

The author would prefer these gentlemen give into the desire for popularity I guess

Having a heart attack? Oh, I’m sorry, but the line starts outside. You’ll have to wait. This guy with the ingrown toenail and this young woman with alcohol poisoning from binge drinking... they’re more important.

It may be best for the Republicans to stand back and allow ObamaCare to take full effect. Let the voters suffer. The result will the abandonment of Obama and the Democratic Party. There will be a Republican Tsunami next November.

If the Republicans are successful in defunding Obamacare, any health care problems that come up in the future will be blamed on the Republicans. The Democrats will simply say “if we had been able to implement ObamaCare, this never would have happened.”

Well Hell. Lets just go to single payer system, Rick Moran. Or, just go home. There is nothing we can do.

Why has there been no rebellion against social security?

Face it, entitlements are permanent and this is the worst yet.

It may be best for the Republicans to stand back and allow ObamaCare to take full effect. Let the voters suffer.

That has often been my thought as well. But when these socialist programs go into effect, they become ensconced in the public's mind, and are virtually impossible to eradicate. Those that try after implementation are successfully, but inaccurately, labeled as "heartless" and "uncaring."

Look as all of the loony socialist programs imposed on this country by FDR in the 30's which are STILL with us with all of their damaging consequences.

No, better to maintain the static inertia BEFORE the object is set in motion.

Ted Cruz is for stopping the implementation, and so I have to give this strategy the lion's share of respect.

I don’t think Rick Moran has ever had an original thought.

His “journalistic” modus operandi is always to excerpt other folks articles and then write around that. He does the same thing at American Thinker. I hope he is paid according to his effort, which ain’t much.

Not one single Republican, House or Senate, voted for nobamacare. The RATS own it 100%. Let them go down with the sinking ship.

Lots of ink spilled on why ObaMaoCare can't be defunded under existing law.

We had treaty obligations to defend South Vietnam in April 1975. Treaty obligations are higher law than mere congressional statue and rank just below constitutional law.

Guess what? Congress passed a CR to defund defensive military operations anyway and this was the result:

There were no political consequences for congress because the public was fed up with Vietnam. Can't the same be said about ObaMaoCare?

No kidding. He’ll wear those chains for the rest of his life. Unfortunately he’ll force us to wear them as well.

People seem to have forgotten the kind of crap that was in the health care laws that have nothing to do with health care.

Things like green building codes that will add thousands of dollars to the cost of a home. New governmental accesses to private banking records...
