It may be best for the Republicans to stand back and allow ObamaCare to take full effect. Let the voters suffer. The result will the abandonment of Obama and the Democratic Party. There will be a Republican Tsunami next November.

If the Republicans are successful in defunding Obamacare, any health care problems that come up in the future will be blamed on the Republicans. The Democrats will simply say “if we had been able to implement ObamaCare, this never would have happened.”

Why has there been no rebellion against social security?

Face it, entitlements are permanent and this is the worst yet.

That has often been my thought as well. But when these socialist programs go into effect, they become ensconced in the public's mind, and are virtually impossible to eradicate. Those that try after implementation are successfully, but inaccurately, labeled as "heartless" and "uncaring."

Look as all of the loony socialist programs imposed on this country by FDR in the 30's which are STILL with us with all of their damaging consequences.

No, better to maintain the static inertia BEFORE the object is set in motion.

Ted Cruz is for stopping the implementation, and so I have to give this strategy the lion's share of respect.

Not one single Republican, House or Senate, voted for nobamacare. The RATS own it 100%. Let them go down with the sinking ship.

Respectfully disagree:

A) The true, full effect will not be felt in time for any measurable beneficial feedback effect in 2014. This is murder by slow poison, and your recommendation, though I understand the good intentions, simply lets more poison creep into a subject who has already been too passive.

B) The true, full effect of Obamacare will be loss of freedom, loss of health, and loss of life. It may be possible to recover lost freedom, and perhaps some lost health as well. But there is no recovery from loss of life. The recommendation to simply acquiesce to the inevitability of Obamacare’s full implementation is tantamount to asking some number of your fellow Americans to die so the useful idiot demographic has a chance to realize how bad Obamacare really is. That is too much to ask of anyone, let alone our fellow countrymen.

I know this is not intentional, and I know how overwhelming it appears to try and fight this monster, but we have no other moral choice. We are fighting not just for freedom, but for the very lives of multitudes of innocent people endangered by the utopian fantasies of the left, and that fight must never go on holiday.
