Chris Sevier, a 36-year-old man from Tennessee, got so addicted to porn videos that his wife took his children and left him. Now he has sued Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), saying the Cupertino, Calif.-based company failed to install any filter in its devices to prevent his affliction.
In a 50-page complaint, Sevier calls Apple a “silent poisoner” responsible for the proliferation of “arousal addiction, sex trafficking, prostitution, and countless numbers of destroyed lives.” Sevier is seeking damages from Apple, but said he will drop the lawsuit if Apple agrees to sell devices with a “safe mode.”
Sevier claims that his addiction started when he “accidentally” replaced the “a-c-e” in Facebook with a “--k.” Sevier said this F***book site “appealed to his biological sensibilities as a male,” and he started to prefer the images on the screen to his own wife.

I know of a few couples, too. Real gals just can’t live up to plastic laptop fantasies. I recommend the new book “Boys Adrift” by L Sax—might give you a few helpful insights. I listen to Rush everyday whine about the “chickification” of our culture. (I love Rush, but really hate to listen to him when he starts trying to talk about women and relationships when he’s been a failure on many fronts). Well, there’s a lot more to it than feminism. Men have weakened themselves, and fathers are absent in many ways. All these electronics fulfill so many needs to the point that men can’t deal with reality...

I agree with that statement. To clarify further, though, it isn't so much the fantasy-type women that all men are addicted to. Instead, many seem to become addicted to very weird stuff. And there are many women out there - who may not even be very attractive at all - willing to do anything with these men. So, both men and women are at fault.
For awhile, I met with a group of wives in the same situation, and some of those wives were young and beautiful. Yet their husbands were addicted to porn and cheating on them.

Then he needs to rule against the plaintiff and bill him a huge amount of money. Then publicly humiliate the plaintiff.

that’s funny, my wife blows away most of the skanky porn stars I see in porn.
I can’t stand fake boobs, and can detect trashy skank from a mile away and it’s frankly a turnoff for me personally.
The only porn stars I like are ones usually new to the industry that still have that girl next door look about them who haven’t had surgery yet. And those are few and far between.
Blame Chevrolet for making a car that takes him to adult toy stores... that would be about equally plausible.

All this week, with so many stories, he wants to discuss some dentist with marital problems concerning a lawsuit and the relative attractiveness of that dentist's wive. He even posts pictures on his otherwise interesting website.
It's all about the image, all the time. With men, you just can't break throught the essential need they have to love what they experience with their eyes. Notice the men here who need to assure me that their wive are hot. They never say virtuous, or loving, or honorable bad true. Just about the eyes. They eyes are the sex organs. And the new electronics just exasperates the stimulus response.
You might as well leave them to play with their dollies...
