Imagine, just allow yourself to imagine ... You are in your vehicle on your way to the store one evening and you see a tall, slightly hunched over figure wobbling along the space between condominium buildings of your community in the dimness of the poorly lit sidewalk. The figure pauses in the misty rain to peer from under the sweatshirt hoodie he's wearing, to look into the back sliding doors of selected condos. It is dark and the figure is wearing dark clothing with the hood pulled full over his head, concealing his face for the most part. He is not easily seen from inside a lighted home since he is pausing between the lampposts when he stares into the homes shrouded in darkness beyond the reflecting glass.You think this might just be related to the several burglaries which have happened in the community. You recall one young mother with two toddlers whose sliding door was broken into during one episode. The young mother tried to seal herself in an upstairs bedroom, only to have the intruders –two black males wearing hoodies-- try to open the locked bedroom door. The sirens approaching is all that sent them from the break-in. You decide to pause and watch the behavior of this hoodie wearing person for a few moments. He appears to be carrying something; perhaps burglary tools?
As the figure wobbles off into the darkness, you are on the phone to the police, to report a suspicious person. The police on the other end ask you where the perp is and where you are and where the perp seems to be going. You exit your vehicle to try and give the police a clear address and directions. With the police on the cell phone line, you walk along the sidewalk behind the disappearing hoodied figure. You inform the police that the figure is getting away and you speed up the pace of your walk, telling the police on the phone that you will try to keep the figure in sight. The police inform you that they don't need you to do that. You immediately stop following.
Disgruntled that a possible perp is going to get away, you plod back toward your vehicle. While you're talking to the police the hoodied figure suddenly appears and confronts you menacingly, demanding to know if you have a problem with him. The hoodied figure is considerably taller than you, seems to be in his late teens, and posing an angry figure indeed.
You exchange words with the figure, seeking to defuse the situation, waiting for some police presence to appear. The hoodied figure strikes out at you, suddenly, slamming down on your nose hard enough to break your nose and send you to the ground in the wet grass. Your eyes instantly tear up when your nose is smashed. You cannot get a clear view of the menacing figure above you. The attacker is immediately upon you slamming blows down upon your face and arms as you roll around trying to get the straddling, larger than you, attacking, black male off of you.
A nearby resident hollers at you both, informing you that they are going to call the police. You continue screaming for help, screaming into the darkness beside the concrete sidewalk where the mounting attacker is trying to slam your head into the edge of the walkway concrete. He succeeds in glancing your head off of the concrete a couple of times and you realize that if you do not act immediately, this attacker could knock your brains out, leaving your family to bury you. Your instinct for survival drives your hand deep into your pocket, to grasp the little KelTec .380 you have a license to carry concealed. Instincts are pushing you now. You get the pistol out just far enough that the attacker sees it! He grabs at it and you pull the trigger, firing the pistol upward at the attacker's chest looming over your bloody face. The gun isn't quite far enough free from the clothing from which you've tried to draw it, so the slide does not cycle fully, to pick-up a second round. You would keep firing to save yourself if the gun would cycle!
There is suddenly only the ringing in your ears of the round going off. The attacker appears to freeze for a split second above you.The first bullet has struck a vital organ and the attacker rolls off of you and clutches his chest.
You realize that you have been screaming all the time you were rolling around and finally firing the gun to stop the attacker. You fall silent until a resident rushes to the scene, a resident who recognizes you. The attacker has rolled onto his back and his arms have spread out from his chest. He is unconscious. You try to check him, to see if you can actually help this attacker who only a moment before was trying to kill you!
The police finally arrive. Residents with back doors toward the walkway are coming out of their homes, to assess the commotion. One asks if you're all right and if they can get your wife on the phone. You tell them to say you've shot someone. Things rush on, but you are in a daze, exhausted and yet trying to be helpful to the questioning police. The medics arrive and begin cleaning up your wounds. Someone behind you says the attacker is dead. Your heart sinks. You feel faint, drained of emotion suddenly, with the realization that you've had to kill someone in order to save your own life. But the attacker seemed young; strong, determined, very angry, mean even, but young!
The Police Chief in your town reviews the evidence and concludes that you have done nothing for which prosecution is warranted, so he allows you to go free, back to your community and your family. ... But after weeks pass, there are forces with racial agendas and political opportunists who decide this is too good to let this incident go to waste!
You become the focus of a national spectacle as the government you voted for now wants to use you as a tool to attack gun rights, to attack your state's Stand-Your-Ground laws. The same government you voted to help get elected is now working to destroy you and your family, in their political quest. You are arrested, jailed, and your life turned upside down, as the full weight of an agenda driven government attacks you with full complicity of a crazed regime sycophant cadre of media. The Police Chief who released you is subsequently fired and a more racially satisfactory person appointed in his place.
This new Policeman will do as the regime running the United States Justice Department directs him to do. Gradually, it becomes apparent that the regime wants to fabricate a crisis, a crisis that they will not let go to waste now that they have a mixed racial incident in a swing state –a state that the regime seeks to swing into the “D” column.
To build the tension, the un Justice Department directs local operatives to pursue an outlandish charge of Murder in the Second Degree. This same Justice Department regime even sends funds to organize the racially oriented demonstrations, to put enough pressure on the local government that they do as they are told. The federal regime fully intends to exploit black people and feed to them lies upon lies about what happened that night when you stopped to see if a wobbly figure staring into back windows in your community was perhaps one of the perps who had been breaking into condos for a past several weeks.
Can you, dear reader, imagine the weight of such evil aligned against you?
George Zimmerman doesn't have to imagine it. The Federal regime is doing exactly that, in their best tyrannical mode to force a crisis through the disgusting accomplices in Mister Zimmerman's town.
After all the media lies, doctored tapes, photoshopped mug shots, mis-identification of race, etc. your account is the absolute best, clearest narrative — and is exactly how the media should have written it, clear, concise, succinct and to the point.
Your account made the whole mess clear and clearly shows Zimmerman acted in self defense, protecting himself from either death or great bodily harm, which is well within the law. Seems the govermedia is agitating for riots, most likely to step up efforts to dis arm us and implement martial law.

For clarification in Florida not only would local leo be call to a homicide, but also FDLE which is the states investigative agency. Also the local prosecutors investigators would be on scene also. No matter what the law enforcement investigators say the local states attorney make the decisions on charges. I am a Sheriff’s Deputy in Florida and have been involved with Homicide investigations here.
Perhaps you could explain to me then why weeks went by before charges were brought against George Zimmerman, and why the Sanford Chief of Police was changed, and why the Mayor of Sanford prejudiced the case by having the Martin family members and race baiters from outside of Florida in chambers excluding any LEOs, to listen repeatedly to the voice recordings and consult for an extended period in the midst of arraigning George?
Wonder if Jackson has often regretted making that remark.
If you recall local leo said they could find no evidence GZ was not truthfull. Later after preasure was put on a grand jury was seated to hear the case but Bondi removed prosecutor from case and appointed a special prosecutor who decided not to go to grand jury(and for good reson).
The police chief was pressured to step down by a Black city manager. How or why the family was brought in to listen to themselves tape is highly irregular without investigators being present. This is very brief but all that had original control of case were moved out of the way.
Tracy Martin was called as a witness BY THE DEFENSE ... and Tracy was in the private confab where witnesses could easily have been programmed for the prosecution approach. Tracy, btw, lied on at least two occasions, under oath, to the court, and the defense did not do anything about that since it was under cross. Why? There is too much irregularity to this case. It is proven that Washington (worshington as DC native pronounce it) has been pushing their agenda from the start of the changes.
You sir are right. Do some research on Omara and go back to the beginning to see why Omara did not attack. Try the Last Refuge site to see a great layout of the sheme. And I am not pimping a blog, they have just done exceptional work. But everything aside this is not how we conduct homicide investigations as a rule. Highly unusual as was the court case.

No better way to get that result than to seat a jury of six women ... as if 6 women could agree on anything. Of course, the voir dire was shamelessly manipulated, and the defense, assessing the handwriting on the wall, played along. Had to.
Why a hung jury? A hung jury gives the state another crack at Zimmerman and allows them the option to re-indict if necessary, to satisfy the Negro mobs supposedly poised to wreak mayhem across the nation.
The judge's shameless bias and utterly reversible screwball errors are the back-up plan, in case the all-girl jury somehow finds Zimmerman guilty. Zimmerman will walk after long, drawn- out appeals that will go all the way to the SCOTUS, which by 2015 will probably seat Evo Morales and Raoul Castro. Meanwhile, the hot summer will pass, the Negroes, under Holder, Sharpton, and Jackson, will move on to another case. Perhaps they'll focus on the NJ Home Invader, for who they will demand acquittal. All will return to normal.
Please also remember, Zimmerman was brought to The Kangaroo RR Court by Republicans. Classic case of RINO-think. Don't blame The Mombasa MF and Black Panther Holder. Blame "Republicans" Scott and Bondi, who knuckled under to them when they certainly didn't have to, because they were hoodwinked by the "Negro Mob" thing.
Of course, although very unlikely from what I have seen in Floriduh, the girls might grow a collective brain, and acquit. In which case the state will feel free to try a different set of charges on Zimmerman, and Holder's people will feel free to go the "Civil Rights" route, ala Rodney King, who was a sort of senior Trayvon.
Please do not think me a misogynistic old curmudgeon, but if 6 American Women, even if Floriduh Gals, can't figure this out, female suffrage ought to be rescinded forthwith. Clinton had OJ to distract us. It is only fair that Reggie's Boyfriend uses Zimmerman for the same purpose.
No hoodwinking to it on Bondis part she’s just trying to make that next step by selling us out. It’s the rebublican way. She was BFF with Corey and Crump and gang from way back. They are all different appendices of the same beast. Once again we insignificants are screwed again for the greater good.
People in Florida might think twice, but other states have different rules.
If you think about it, much of Zimmerman’s problem devolves from police *inaction*. That is, they decided not to charge him and then they stopped their involvement. Instead, when they saw what mischief was afoot at the federal level, they should have “poisoned the well”, to make prosecution extremely difficult. If they acted first, before the persecutors acted, they could have done it, and it would have been legal.
Instead they decided to play by the rules, when faced off with cheaters. It is the honest thing to do, but doing so will, and has, resulted in injustice.
They should have sought the advice of an old and grizzled cop, who knows how the law works, and what happens when it is abused. It really is a situation of the ends, that is, justice, justifying the means.
I want to thank all who read this little essay/summation. And I want us to all join in prayers of thanksgiving for the well reasoned verdict by six courageous women AND prayers for Young T. Martin's family, that the Peace of the Lord will settle upon them and blot out the voices of hate and violence rising in this nation. That Mother and Father, whatever their failings, have lost a son who was proving himself a problem child as he vaulted into manhood. May The Lord's Spirit ease their pain and help them to see a larger picture hereafter, not a narrowing tunnel of hate and violence. They are, for better or worse, our fellow Americans.
George, if you ever read this thread, God bless you and keep you in His palm of mighty protection.
