On Thursday, Public Policy Polling released its latest 2016 tracking poll of Iowa Republican voters. The results show a dramatic shift in Republican voter sentiment. Sen. Marco Rubio, who had led in previous surveys, has dropped to 5th place. Sen. Rand Paul now leads the pack in the critical first-caucus state.

I'd bet that Rove and the NE establishment rinos were promising big checks as well.
Rube, WTP ask you....
Having endured two terms of a pResident sitting in OUR HOUSE who can do nothing but lie to US; why on earth would WTP wish to elect another SOB You, worthless scum-ball, have totally screwed any further chance of sitting at the table with the big boys and girls You’ve shown your hand too early, it seems. And for that, WTP give thanks to know who you really are...just another to-bit politician.
Not enough people know about Cruz yet. His name recognition is low. That will change soon enough! BTW, I think that Rand has an erratic strain in him, and he is far too willing to coddle aliens for my taste.Bob
Beck calls him “Senator Dirtbag”. Apt enough. Bob
If Iowa polls were actually prognosticators, Huckabee would have been the 2008 nominee.
It is wayyyyyyyyy to early for any of these polls to have meaning or significance.
This one, however, sends a loud message to Rubio: you will never get the stench off for stepping into the Gang of 8.
Rand Paul shows every sign of being a huge squish on amnesty. He’s off my list.
He supports gay adoption and is on the amnesty bandwagon. He’s the leading supporter of amnesty in the House. Why should he get a free pass? He’s just like Rubio.
A liberal is a liberal because he believes in and supports liberal policies. Having an "R" next to his name cannot change that.
It’s not “weird” it’s just that the average Iowa Republican has very different opinions than you do.
Why do people find it so baffling that their own political views or opinions of given politicians are not majority views?
Ok. So it seems that we now have wacko left wing Iowa and anti-conservative New Hampshire picking our nominees.
FUMR. Go back to the barrio sewer you came from. Hope the pieces of silver you took was worth it.
BTTT
The best part about that picture is that it shows that the driver went out of his way to swerve and hit the wall. Either that or he was under the influence. I’m not sure which explanation fits Rubio.
Witness Rubio.
I believe he made a supportive comment about comprehensive immigration reform in the last 24 hours. At least what I read had the impact of him supporting that. I may be twisting it a bit.
I wonder if I am conflating the two men, on the issue of a statement that was made this morning. Hope not...
Don't let the elevator doors hit you in the ass Rube.
“At this stage, they’re more name recognition polls than indicative of support.”
Name recognition is what wins primaries. Most voters never get much beyond that. History is your friend.
Salt water wet needs to get back to his roots in Kooba and take a few with him to line out that country
Maybe Juan and Linseed gotta boat
I don’t even see how he’s 5th
Marco, we warned you, it was political suicide. And GOP, if you go along with this, you’re dead. The Stupid Party finally got so stupid, it walked off the political cliff and joined the Darwin Award Winners in the shallow end of the gene pool.
